The post office closes at 11 am, which is not an issue, but the website allows passport appointment times up to 12:30. Hopefully, the Big Post Office folks will fix their website.

I was very nervous and skeptical coming to this UPS due to the review and the stories of Aubree but I wanted to take time and share that I had a very good experience. I even had mistake not having the entire application filled out and Aubree was VERY patient with me and explain everything to me. Everything worked out and I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes even with me not having everything ready. Thank you Aubree for being kind and explaining things to me.

I occasionally use this post office because I have family in the area. I have never had any kind of problem. I recently witnessed a demanding customer being rude to one of the postal employees over something she could not control, which was a complicated transaction of some kind that I never use. It involved a fingerprint or thumbprint, and I think the customer was trying to send something out of the country. I feel sorry for these employees who are being asked to do so many additional services besides basic postal matters these days. They really should not have to have the additional responsibilities because it delays serving other customers and security is very tight with all electronic uses. If a transaction is shut down by the many security barriers, that is not the fault of the postal employee.

I had a terrible experience at this USPS location while trying to get my fingerprints done. Aubrey was extremely rude, impatient, and had a nasty attitude throughout the process. The post office closes at 4 PM, it was 3 and instead of being professional, she was rushing us the entire time.
She told my friend to put lotion on my hands to help with my fingerprints, but then turned around and said I had to come back the next day because I put lotion on. That made no sense, especially since i had lotion on her hands too and was able to complete her fingerprints without any issue.
Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. If she doesn’t like her job, she shouldn’t be working there. This location seriously needs to address customer service because no one should be treated this way.

Post Office is by far my favorite post Office. I usually send 80 or more packages every week and have always been treated great. Miranda is an asset to this post cause she is always doing multiple things with a smile on her face.

Never a pleasant time. If I’m doing anything other than dropping of packages I always leave feeling swindled. Counter agents, especially Ty, never seem to know the rules and regs for USPS services, or omit information until you have paid then tell you you have to pay for additional services to accomplish the task expressed at the beginning of the transaction. When you challenge them on things they become indignant and condescending instead of asking questions to find the best solutions. Professionalism is lacking. The counter agents regularly gossip about personal and interdepartmental issues and cuss in front of customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they start messing with my mail because of this review, just the cultural vibe this post office has.

My husband and I went here for our passport applications. It was a quick, friendly experience. The post office lady was very knowledgeable and eased me during the process. Got my passport back in 6 weeks!

Absolutley horrible. They lost my sons ashes I was mailing to family. Supposed to be overnight. The post master general Mike says sorry, I don't know where they are. Also the staff is very ignorant and rude. Unacceptable!!!!
