I believed what I read on tue website about being able to care for pets with needs. My dog has leg braces. I explained to the staff member how to remove and put the braces on. I offered to show him how to do it. I was told there would not be an issue. I come home. They removed pads and put them in other spots. I don't know why they felt they needed to take these apart. Now I have to go back to tye brace store and get them fixed. My dog got a cough here. I understand it was airborne and not the fault of the kennel. However, they let my dog cough (and I guess all the other dogs in the kennel) for 2 days before calling me and asking if they could provide an over the counter support. Why wait so long? When we picked him up there was no discussion on how his stay went. Maybe we got spoiled by our last kennel in Macungie, but we will never return here again.

This place hardly cares for pets. Our dog was here twice this summer while we were on vacations. The first time when we picked her up she had a rash on her skin and had to take her to the vet. This second time was the last straw. Our dog developed kennel cough that was going around the kennel while she was there. Now our phone number is on file and nobody from the facility calls us!!! We could of had her picked up and taken to a vet. How come every time my dog is there we need to take her to the vets???? They knew that sickness was going around the kennel, but yet continued taking in other dogs. Our dog was there for 7 days, 23 hours and 46 minutes. You would figure that we would be charged for 8 days, right! Wrong, you see when we dropped her off at 10:45 AM by the time they checked her in the computer the time was 11:03 AM, and since that is outside their 9-11 AM drop off time they charged a half of a day extra.I called and talked with the manager, asked why we weren't called and she told me because she wasn't there. I asked if you know dogs are getting sick there that week, why are you accepting more dogs. She told me that it was under control. We picked up our dog, who got sick from your facility, and you are telling me it's under control!Only wish this place cared about dogs as much as they care about their billing! You've lost a client. If you really care about your dog and want peace of mind, send them elsewhere.Response: Sharon you were not on the call. As a matter of fact I asked the owner to call me and received no call. There was no yelling and screaming but I certainly wasn't happy. We took our dog to the vet in Oley and they said my dog was the 4th dog from your kennel that they have seen recently with kennel cough. Your facility continued to check in dogs while we were checking out. My dog was coughing at check out in the small space with other dogs there checking in. Its highly contagious! Get a clue!

Absolutely love everyone at Yettos. My baby loves going to daycare every day. The best care is given to all the pups in boarding, and he is so handsome after his expert grooming sessions.

Tonight, my Wife and I drove a 5 hour round trip to meet with the Rottweiler/Doberman mix named Erika.A little about me, I was a K9 apprehension handler for 4+ years, my knowledge of dog behaviors, tells, signs, aggressive maneuvers, and psychology I would like to think is a little more advanced than the normal person. Going into the meet I went with a very docile and relaxed approach - I would let Erika approach and make all the first impressions and initial introductions. We were told by Noah’s Ark Rescue that Erika was extremely friendly and playful with other dogs, very shy to new humans and showed no signs of any aggression; little did we know how wrong all those assessments were.I told my wife to stay back in the car while I scoped out the feel of Erika because already within 30 seconds of seeing her, I got the weird feeling that we were being deceived. Upon entering the enclosure where Erika was with her “adoption Coordinator” Immediately and without any hesitation at all the hair on her spine is straight up and this dog immediately is not a friendly. The coordinator edges her closer for a quick sniff at about 12-18 inches away Erika quickly and decisively lunges out and bites my thigh. *Now I have a lot of experience with dog bites and being bitten, a little nip is a territorial feel for everything, this situation was full on, all teeth showing and no holding back, I feel if she did not bite half my cellphone and got all thigh, I feel she would have broken through the skin.* This dog was out to cause harm.Recap: the first minute of meeting the dog, I have already been bitten and she is going non-stop back for more. So, I egress out of that situation and see if she is just worked up after a long day and wanted to play with one of my dogs that I brought out (Leo – 4 yr old pit/lab mix) who is overly friendly, dopey, playful, and just a love bug; they meet. At first, they sniffed each other and each other's years and both tails were going then suddenly and without warning, Leo retreats away from Erika and with my Wife in the enclosure now, runs back to her which told me that even my dog felt the intense aggression and hostility inside Erika and did not want to even begin to play. My wife attempted to approach, and she is just particular to females, within one step towards her, Erika's fur again began to rise, and teeth started to show; My wife then backed away and continued to film from a safe distance.I remember at one point Erika laid at the “adoption Coordinators” feet and was quite docile, I picked my foot up in there air very calm and slowly just so she could sense movement to see if she calmed down; within a second Erika was lunging at me and trying hard to escape the collar and leash she was in. At that point I had to call it, this dog was out for vengeance, and we were lied too completely. For the past week we were ignored (business trip) with all the questions we had on Erika which could have prevented us from wasting a 5-hour round trip with the 2 vehicles they instructed us to bring out (mandatory stipulation). Rightfully so a business trip was the reason for the radio silence, but I feel when possible, adopters are trying to ascertain some info on the dog, I feel that could have been questions you can take 1 to 2 minutes out of the day and answer briefly or at least respond saying you are not available at this time; not ignore us for 3 days. Highly unprofessional. My wife and i had our hopes so high for Erika to be as described, we worked 12 hours both that day and still took the 5 hour trip hoping to bring her home to this loving family. We were devastated, a week's worth of hopes destroyed within 2 minutes of meeting Erika. This dog needs serious regression training before it bites anyone else.

Could not find a more caring staff to take care of my baby boy. He LOVES daycare and all his friends there. Would never consider boarding him any place else. The staff do an incredible job grooming his extra large, fluffy, hair flying all over the groom shop butt! LOL

Watch your billing is my best recommendation. While their price is about par for a decent place to board, when you get quotes they explain you can only pick up and drop off 2 times a day but even if you drop off and pick the dog up at the same time on both days they will bill you for additional half days so a 24 hour stay is really 36 hours so on and so forth. They also over charge for their grooming. Requesting a bath will result in a grooming charge without any actual grooming of the dog.

My family loves Yetto's! We wouldn't trust our pup with anyone else. We have boarded our girl there several times and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Our girl is a little shy around people at first and all the staff at Yettos made her feel so welcome. They are so kind and patient with her. The girls at the front desk are always smiling and so helpful.... Thank you Yettos for taking such great care of Sage. She loves you guys ❤️

We boarded our dog with yettos for 12 years. She was a very large, very nervous girl. But they were so gentle and loving with her, she was never scared and seemed excited to go stay there. We recently had to have her put to sleep. Yettos took the time to send us a beautiful card (that appears to be hand made) with personal messages from their staff. Their caring is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience! The owner and employees at this facility are top notch. Pleasant, knowledgeable, caring animal lovers. They were recommended by my veterinarian. The facility is clean and very spacious. Reasonable pricing and multi services from boarding, to day care. All size dogs.i would recommend. Plenty of pictures on their website.
