“Shopped here last night for the 1st time. While the people at this location seemed very nice and helpful, my boyfriend and I felt like we were being stalked as if we were going to steal something. We are both honest, hard working individuals! And do NOT look shady at all! We spent a large amount of money here!
Probably would've spent more if the sales people weren't observing us all of the time. Felt extremely uncomfortable!
I assumed that this location would be quite nice as it's in a small town. I guess I thought wrong.
I really enjoy shopping but most likely won't be back here.”

“Our first visit to this particular True Value. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, neatly organized merchandise and a beautiful hard wood looking floor throughout the whole store. Most hardware stores don't look like this. The nice thing about a store like this vs the "big box" stores is the personal touch and attention. Mike assisted us with a couple items while shopping there, thanks Mike for you help. The other nice thing is you can often find unusual items unlike other stores. For instance we looked all over for a 10' black three prong extension cord at every other store and had to settle for a 15'. However we found that exact extension cord at this store. We didn't buy it, but it left us with the knowledge, we will check here first before making a purchase anywhere else.”

“I went in this morning for several items I needed for my garden, from wheel barrow to tree stakes to mulch, etc. Assistant manager Kristen was extremely helpful, going over and beyond to procure the items as efficiently as she could. I was out of the store all loaded up in less than 30 minutes. She is a keeper. I shall be back!”
