The employees are as unprofessional as they come. It’s quite concerning that management found them fit to be hired in the first place….. I wouldn’t trust any of the food that comes out of the kitchen. I’ve watched employees touch their phones or adjust their pants while wearing gloves then continue on like nothing happened. The last time I ordered food from here it came mushy and burnt… somehow at the same time? Didn’t even know it was possible to mangle a normally halfway edible dish to basically metal scraps. Only highlight of this store is Nathan the manager and night shift worker Erik :) Great people! But I feel bad for them with the coworkers they have to endure! If I was you I’d stick to getting gas here only…. And paying at the pump with card. It’s a horrible experience just to enter this Sheetz, the smell and general atmosphere is just inherently disgusting!

Lately every time we order something is messed up or missing. Today order cup of fries, cheese sticks and boneless bites. Only one cup of cheese and the marinara sauce thrown in and half is all over our food, worst part is the girl knew it was leaking cause it was on her hand pathetic

Usually, you can get a good burger here. But, it's obvious when their MTO motto is not working. My burger, dry and obviously been precooked.

Have been going to this Sheetz for almost 20 years, never had a problem. However in the last 5 or so months my orders get messed up all the time. Today I ordered a taco salad and it didnt have taco meat on it... This happens constantly now. Not sure whats going on with this place anymore. If you order, check it before you leave.

EVERY single experience I have with the in town Sheetz is awful. Foods never correct, their staff is always snippy and confrontational. I LOATH going there. I live a minute away and I will now ALWAYS go to the Rt 22 or Homer City locations. Those locations are ALWAYS on top of things, ALWAYS friendly and accommodating.

Service is relatively fast and the place is kept clean. It's one of the better Sheetz stores in the area.

I always use this Sheetz to put gas in my car.... I like this one alot better than the one on route 22.. The one on 22 is always so congested and crowded ... I like the Sheetz on Market Street alot better... A Happy Customer..... ?
