Seriously though - they really ARE the GOAT. I had 2 cars that needed help: one with a smashed headlight and dented hood, and the other with a caved-in rocker panel. I brought the first in on Wed and picked it up on Thursday. When I picked that one up I left them the second car, which was also done just two days later.
Stan – the owner who actually is INVOLVED with the work rather than having employees do everything – told me that he’s been doing this since he was 14. He looks to be mid-40s now, so that’s a lot of knowledge. It shows. Both cars look new.
The price was great – much less than I was quoted elsewhere. And they were super-professional. You won’t go wrong here.”

“I love the vehicle that we purchased. Unfortunately, we had to take it back to be serviced 3 weeks after purchase (which is why I only gave 4 stars) . Needed new front brakes and rotors. It's a 2022 Toyota Tacoma so one would think they would have checked that before selling. Staff was very nice and accommodating otherwise.”

They update you along the way with automated emails and weekly calls to reassure you’re a priority. We had our truck back quicker than they had originally expected and it looked incredible. “First off shout out to Joe for having awesome customer service and being understanding with my time constraints. Whoever the owner is you need to give your guy Joe a raise. Also the guys in the shop are super chill and did a great job fixing my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. I did have to bring my car back one to have them fix a spot or two but no big deal. Stuff like that happens. All in all very nice guys and I would definitely go back there again.”

“Went to Minooka Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. It was the most pleasant, fast and honest service I have ever gotten at a dealership. When the car was ready (about 35 minutes) and I went to pay they did not try to upsell me anything (cabin filter, wipers, etc) they said my tires were going to need to be replaced soon so a tire rotation was not necessary. That's honesty. Very highly recommend.”

I’ve dealt with so many issues from other shops in the past and not once have ever had an issue with Ronnie V’s. From basic maintenance, to a custom paint job for my motorcycle, to hitting a deer and needing my whole front end of my SUV replaced, they have done it all for me. They even detailed my SUV for me after the accident which was a huge blessing. They’re a family run shop that actually cares about their employees and treats them like family. I’ll never go to another shop and couldn’t recommend them more.”

“We purchased a truck here before the end of the year and got a very good deal. With the Employee pricing and other discounts our salesman JJ Sunday made it work for us. We got more then we anticipated in a truck and are extremely happy with our choice. JJ seemed to have a bad wrap In another review on yelp but in my opinion he was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the truck we wanted. It can be stressful buying a vehicle for anyone especially with a salesman who isn't listening to what you want and just trying to make a sale. JJ got all our boxes checked and then some. We are from NY and he also was very informative on purchasing out of state and personally taking care of calling our insurance agent for us. The truck was gorgeous upon pick up and they even gave us a full tank of gas! And wait! There's more! They took care of the motor vehicle paperwork too! Let's not forget we live in NY so that right there is amazing! We also got a free first oil change tune up and two more to follow after that! The finance manager was also very informative and made the transaction go smoothly. The dealership was very clean and put together with a big selection of cars and trucks. I would recommend them highly.”

“If you can request a service advisor, I recommend Jon. He’s very knowledgeable, advises what services you need when you need them. No BS. I took my Toyota there to get inspected and get a tire repaired, and he had me in and out as fast as possible. I told him I was traveling for the holiday and he made sure that my Toyota got the proper inspection it needed, with right amount of attention to detail as well as getting my tire issue corrected. I will absolutely be returning there again for my future service needs.”

“Family business making transition to Napa. In the past this location was the go to for in stock items. With my increasing use of online parts, I feel some guilt about not giving them more of my business. Recently found myself stranded with a bad starter in my pickup hours before a profitable few days. Pop started the truck and made it there, left it running and ran in to see if they had one in stock. Of course they did. And the lady even waved my core to save me the hassle of walking back in and waiting for the return process.Installed in the nearby empty lot. Walked back in with core and left it on the counter with a thankful nod. I dread the day when I can't access this service in a pinch.”

Went to AutoZone (like usual) and got the “cold shoulder” from the employee behind the counter after standing there for at least 2 min (Let me add he wasn’t on the phone and no one else was in the store. He didn’t even say hello.) So I left and went to advanced Auto parts, was met by Oscar, who helped me out Tremendously!
P.s the girl manager who help me pick out a battery is#1 very helpful and knowledgeable! I will be returning to advanced and officially saying GOODBYE to AUTOZONE!! I’ll take my business to a place where I’m appreciated.”
