Had a really bad experience at neighboring autozone. Came to this location and it' was a completely different experience. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful.

Just another typical overpriced retail auto parts store who are okay if you need something that same day. Customer service is not what I would call stellar and a far cry from what it originally was when they first opened but some of the employees are helpful. I have been buying auto parts for over 55 years as a tech and consumer and these brick and mortar stores are getting much worse for service and pricing.

I always liked the people working here, very helpful. This new kid working there tried to tell me to put a different oil in my car. My car has always taken 5w30 and he said no the computer says 0w30. Yes, my car calls for both but I rather stick with what works. I tried to tell him otherwise but he wouldn’t listen. Of course I got the 0w30, my car was running like crap, idle was shaky and it stalled a few times. My bf changed it to the right oil 5w30 and luckily it fixed the issues. I am thankful there was no further damage done after running the wrong oil for a week. All I am asking is to listen to your customers over a computer if you have no knowledge.
