Worst place to deal with. Don't deal with them. They gave us a Car for about 20k (loan) and it couldn't last a year. I got the car a few months back. I never slacked with car maintenance yet the engine is still done for. Then they have the nerve to charge more than they are supposed to for the engine replacement. Why would I pay for them to replace an engine for thousands when the original engine they hooked the car up with wasn't good to begin with? They also charge just to release the car after it has been fixed. Nobody else on this planet does that! Karma is going to have that building shut down one way or another in the future, that's for sure. Keep screwing over the people who already have enough to deal with, and Karma will show its wrath at some point. Simple as that. I can guarantee that location will no longer exist one day. Watch them reply to this talking about their stupid warranty. Their warranty is useless as it's 6 months at max. You guys know damn well that you only give 6 months because it only takes a bit longer than 6 for the engine to go bad. It goes bad in between 8-12 months on average with the types of engines you guys like to install. Do not bother asking for me to email y'all. For what?!?!?!?!

Dylan Wallace was great!! Went in to look at a car and he helped us leave with one that day!! He made sure to give us numbers that worked with our budget!! The receptionist was also really great, she was very nice and super fun to talk to!!

I purchased a Volkswagen in February from them, had a great experience and absolutely loved the car . Dylan was very helpful with the purchasing experience and explaining everything. In august, a deer hit me & totaled my Volkswagen, I was extremely upset over what I was going to do . I contacted John and he was beyond helpful! They forgave my old loan & put me in a new car . As a mother of three, and my youngest being special needs that took a HUGE relief off my shoulders , and my payment was only a few dollars more than my Volkswagen for my Kia . My handle fell off within 9 hours of having the Kia and they had it fixed immediately! ( kia’s are known to have faulty handles that break so no fault of car lotta ) Dawn was also very friendly and easy to have a conversation with every-time I was in there . Everyone claims to stay away from car lotta, but they’ve been beyond helpful with this whole process / experience . Thank you everyone at the Blakely location !

Lorenze is the best! He’s always willing to work with you if you have to ask for a few day extension on your payment. I recommend talking to him to get the best results. He’s always so nice on the phone, I’d rather deal with him than anyone else although most of them are great I’ve only had a bad experience with one individual.

There are far better buy here pay here dealers with quality cars, this isnt one of them. These people will sell you a car with known issues, give you a 3 month warranty, give you the run around with scheduling a service repair so that your warranty runs out, and then hold you responsible for the repair costs on preexisting issues. They will sell you a lemon and make sure you sign pages upon pages of legal documents that only serve to protect them from getting sued. Stay away from this place! Take your money elsewhere!

I absolutely enjoyed the process of purchasing my car with Carlotta, John helped my partner and I. But Dawn was extremely rude to my partner when asking if we could wait here at their location while our car gets fixed due to us living way over an hour away! And then had the audacity to say that we couldn’t use their bathroom when we are paying for their services! When it comes to sales John got the job done but when it comes to treating people with ACTUAL KINDNESS they lack extremely! Whenever we have been told to come in for an appointment to get the part fixed on the car that was MISSING! Yes I will repeat MISSING when they sold us the car. The day after we got the car home( Easter Sunday) our check engine light came on! I immediately called and got the appointment scheduled but funny thing is Dawn didn’t give us a time just told us to be here early if we wanted to guarantee our car got out of the shop by closing time! Convenient right?!? Not only can we not wait in their lobby “ because it’s for families that are waiting to purchase a car” yea yea yea understandable, but what about the people that are already paying for their car, their services? They refused to allow us to sit inside yet there was a gentleman that came in a half hour after us and he was allowed to sit in their lobby! Then when my wife went inside she told the guy “ sorry it looks like your cars not going to get in today by 11:15 would you like to reschedule for another time and date” absolutely ridiculous!!! Dawn you need a new position and John you need a raise just saying! Sorry not sorry! I wish I could rate each person individually but I can’t. So rant over! Next time don’t choose Carlotta unless you have the energy to waste on negative individuals.

I have had my car for over a year and a half through Carlotta credit Blakey/Kingston. And in that time the team at the payment devision has gone above and beyond to help me with any problems I had. Lorenz deserves special recognition for his great customer service skills, and his willingness to assist me and is always kind and understanding. There is not a single bad thing I can say about my experience with all the Carlotta employees. It has truly been the best car buying decision I’ve ever made and I would recommend them if you’re looking for a new car! They are the best choice in my eyes! Thanks again guys for everything you do for me!!!!

Carlotta was amazing!!! They got me into an awesome SUV. Dylan was amazing and knowledgeable about the vehicles and Dawn is great. I had a great time searching for my vehicle and they made sure that I was happy and well taken care of.

After a car accident that totaled the vehicle I got from Carlotta in April, Dylan helped me to get into a different vehicle that I am very happy with. Carlotta worked with me and set me up quickly. Truly appreciate all they've done for me in the last couple of months.

I am very pleased with services provided by Dylan at the Blakely office. He was nice, broke everything down so i understood all the little details. Called me every time he had an update on the car i was purchasing. I was a little skeptical at first but beyond happy i went to form my own opinion. If your looking for a used car with no credit i highly recommend car lotta. Great people with great service. I only spent 30-45 minutes in there. They are fast, efficient, and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

John was so helpful and thorough explaining everything as I am a first time buyer. My car was on its last leg and with 3 young children I needed something roomy and reliable. In these days and times people really don't care about people's story and what they're going through but John listened and the look on my children's faces when I pulled up at home was priceless.
