They don't exhibit any loyalty to repeat customers. I imagine their push for "refer a friend" and their other incentive programs is an attempt to recoup for the customers they lose through their "we don't care" attitude. As a very loyal customer for many years, even when they were lethargic in the delivery of my oil, they have now lost me as a customer. The straw that broke the camel's back: I ordered oil online. The next day the price dropped. PRIOR to delivery I contacted them and asked if they would honor the new price for my order. You guessed it... NO. The excuses started from everything from "You live in Stroudsburg..." to "Your credit card has already been charged and...". Several times I've attempted to enroll in their email incentives, to no avail. This last experience cost me $60.00 of my hard earned money. Spend the extra couple of pennies and deal with someone who really cares about good, fair business practices and taking care of their customers.

I am so disappointed in your service . I have never heard of a home heating company trying to extort from the elderly population. My mother called as she was out of oil. She called in the morning and no one showed up. She then called after 5 and the gentlemen on call was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told my mother if she gave him $500 cash he would bring her 200 gallons of oil. She is elderly and on a limited income. Of course she couldn't do this and he proceeded to tell her not my problem lady. Unbelievable. Never have I ever heard of such poor customer service.

Horrible service! I don't recommend this oil company! They dont care if your tank is low they just keep repeating 3 to 5 business days I never had an oil company not work me into an oil delivery I never heard excuse 25 other customers are empty and waiting too

Well I was told a line of bs in the AM that the oil would be delivered today and lo and behold, no oil. I called before the office closed and was told now it will be tomorrow. This will be the last time I use this business. Not customer friendly at all IMO.

This past Friday ran out of oil from what it looked like which we should not have but that was what the gauge said. Called them up which I have used over the past 3 years as the sole provider of oil. It was after hours 10 pm on Friday and all the answering service said was since you are not on automatic delivery there is nothing they would do. Tried them a few other times and on Saturday morning with the same results. We were finally able to get Tolinos oil to come out and restart the furnace. There was actually a problem with the second tank not transferring over. Spoke to the owner of Santarelli Oil on Monday and he basically said the same thing, no one would come out unless we were on automatic delivery. So a customer who pays with the delivery means nothing to them. He actually hung up on me after I told him I would leave reviews and he lost a customer. GREAT WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS....

Day 11, still no oil even though I was informed delivery would be no later than Saturday.Tic Toc Tic Toc....So much for saving money, purchased $60 in pellets already to keep pipes and people from freezing....Buyer beware.
