Came here knowing nothing and everyone of the staff it super clear and helps you get going!I could not finish any of the workouts for 2-3 weeks now I am starting catch it!Don’t be afraid of macho people they aren’t here.

As a career firefighter/paramedic crossfit gives me the not only the strength needed. But also the stamina and flexibility need to perform the job I do effectively and efficiently. The coaches want you to succeed and they give what you need to reach your individual needs and goals. Bob and Kristen are not only friendly but, also great crossfit coaches. They give you their knowledge of years of experience so you can safely and confidently do the exercises. Two thumbs up for Crossfit 570!

Fantastic family feel and excellent coaching; what more could you ask for in a gym?! Looking for a mentorship type fitness experience? CrossFit 570 is worth every penny! Plus, they're cheaper than other CrossFit gyms around anyway. Very pleased that I made the commitment to join.

Very large area with dietary advice, coaching in Olympic lifts for beginners, ample room for all within the class. Great community in this box and very supportive staff! Plan to keep going

Great Coach for the kids! They've done some remodeling and new equipment which is really nice. Some adult members need to be reminded there are kids who pay memberships too and to respect the fact they are both entitled to their time and space there.

A warm and welcoming CrossFit gym with great facilities! I dropped in at CrossFit 570, and was greeted immediately by a friendly coach who made sure I felt comfortable. The facility is terrific and even includes the ski ergos. Great WOD. Highly recommend it and would definitely drop in again!
