The staff here is shockingly rude. If you don’t accept FedEx returns, then update your website, period. At the absolute minimum, have the decency to treat customers with respect instead of condescending dismissal.

One of the better Dollar Generals around. Very organized store. This store is well managed for sure.

Honestly, lines are always long and workers are typically rude. Fine. But today I tried to ship out a product through fedex that was under 25 pounds and I was told it was too heavy.
When I asked what the limit was on shipping I was met with “I don’t know”. If you’re going to makeup an excuse to deny service then you better have a good explanation as to why.

Totally terrible! -0 stars. I had a box not over their regulation size which is 48x25x25. It was not heavy...tried to drop off for fed ex and she would not accept it!! If they put some of their merchandise away instead of leaving it in the middle of isles, they would have a lot more room! I took the box to Jermyn and Michael accepted it NO ISSUES! Don't advertise fed ex drop off if you won't take" UNDER REGULATION"size boxes!! SHE wouldn't help me and the store is filty dirty as well! Never Again!

The manger abby doesnt now what she is doing she keeps changing stuff and then she tell the cashier that the can check out family or friends which means if her or someone else isn't there they can shop there this store need a total over haul i went too the store on 10/6/22 at 8:55 and the door is locked when the sign says 9:00

I think the store is just fine, reading a lot of complaining in the reviews and I think that if you don't have nothing nice to say just keep quiet and give it a low rating is all. In case you haven't noticed this world is not perfect. I find what I need no prob and if they don't have it I go elsewhere. The blonde girl in there is super cute too

2 days in a row went there to get stuff and was closed by 6 pm when the hours say 9pm management is rude and can’t get down the aisles

Dirtiest store I’ve ever been in. Bathroom has feces on the wall, and toilet. Isles are so packed with carts, you can’t even walk down some. I’ve been in this store 3 times only, because my son goes to the gym right there, and it’s always disgusting. I’m shocked it looks the way it does, it’s an accident waiting to happen.
