Have you ever heard of a bank that won't cash a check written on their own bank because you personally don't have an account? Well Fidelity bank won't, what's the point of a checking account if the checks not even able to be cashed?

Horrible branch. I say branch because I’ve never had any problems but at this particular branch. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Management had to know how horrible they are but does nothing about it. Small branch, but staffing can be as low as two tellers. Coin machine took my money and it said on screen I get $0.00. Machine malfunctioned, (not the first incident with this coin machine), staff member took my information was I supposed be contacted yesterday, this incident occurred Monday. She was rude and unhelpful. I hate going to this branch but it’s the closest to me. It would be ridiculous, especially with high gas prices to go to another brach several towns away, but if they don’t get their act together I just might have to start doing that. I’ve complained once about the staff to management, things got better for a while, now it’s back to being horrible. One star is too generous for them.
