Went to bank to get Euros. Mahir and Ashley were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. Had Euros next day! Can't express how great an experience this was.

so far everything is ok so I don't understand the low ratings.. Maybe it's mostly people who are not satisfied who write.. in my case nice service, help with preparing a check, nice conversation with the manager of the branch.
