We picked up our truck yesterday morning and the process was seamless! Ken was exceptional with his customer service and making sure we had everything we needed and nothing more and nothing less. This meant a lot since we are on a tight budget with our moving expenses. The truck itself was in excellent condition and it ran like a dream! (I have had some tricky ones in the past)
All of our equipment worked perfectly which made the moving run smoothly and quickly and we were able to return on time without issue. If we are ever in need of a truck again we will be returning without hesitation. I highly recommend this business and recommend asking for Ken Steinhhardt specifically!
