Rude, unreliable, inadequate, and aggressive behavior. The main Tax Pro told me he doesn't know how to use a computer.

Kirk has been doing our taxes for years now. We moved to Florida and we still send our stuff up to him. He and his wife are always a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.

I called to see if they can help with a small non profit I started,was asked if I am a HR block customer,after stating I have not used this tax service in a few years was told they didn't know how to help me.Google gave me a more knowledgeable answer.
