The technician was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable that exceeded our expectations. He explained to us in precise detail the work he had to do, since we did not understand the machine system much. But he clarified all our doubts. He was very patient with us and we greatly appreciate it.

In my 24 years I have used them three times. They are awesome. It starts off with the person who answers the phone who’s very warm and caring and gets someone to respond quickly. Each time texts have come out they have been wonderful at their job extremely professional. They are sensitive to only fix what’s broken. They’re sensitive about the cost and they are very good at fixing the hardware. When it comes to grinder pumps I wouldn’t trust anyone else other than Site Specific

Pat and Sebastian went above and beyond in a pump inspection and were able to fix an issue that would have been a very costly repair. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we are so grateful for their services that really saved the day in our case!

When our sewer pump alarm went off, we called Site Specific Design for help. Sue in the office was very helpful, kind and understanding. We genuinely felt like she cared about us and our home. Jon, the technician was also really nice. He was excellent in communicating his arrival time, explaining the issue, as well as very efficient in fixing the problem. My wife and I are grateful for the professionalism and kindness from both of them. Thank you!

The alarm for my underground grinder pump went off around noon. I called Site Specific design and within two hours a technician arrived. He extracted the 18 year old pump and found it to be cracked and beyond repair. He then installed a new pump and completed the entire job in less than an hour's time. I was very satisfied with the company's response time and the skill and efficiency of the technician.

Site Specific Designs Always pulls Through when called out to service pump stations with us @ Perti Plumbing Inc.
John Simons along with his other coworkers are always on point. John And his fellow Techs explains the situation at hand.
I've Been a Licensed Philadelphia Registered Master Plumber For over 30 years and have used site Specific Design since they have been in business starting back in the Early 90s when Kevin first started the company. Highly Recommend.
Also Sue & Maria in the office are great to work with, always following up on calls and scheduling the jobs at hand.

Extremely positive experience. Both the dispatcher, Maria, and the field technician Zechariah were extremely nice and very professional. The technician arrived exactly when scheduled, (actually a little early) and took the time to run me through exactly what he did to fix the pump. In addition the invoice was very detailed in the SOW performed. I would absolutely use this company again.
