I do not understand why this post office has a 3.8 rating? Very nice, empty and clean. A guy came out and helped me right away. It also has 24 hour access to PO BOXES. You guys up here should experience some NY Post Offices. Then you would know how good you have it.

Had a great experience with Jojo today. I made an appointment for my mom’s passport at another nearby USPS location for today but when we arrived we were told they do not have a certified agent available. The USPS clerk then called Blakeslee office and Jojo was very nice to just let us walk in with no prior appointment. She was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly upon interaction. Just a great person that this USPS location is lucky to have. Thanks again Jojo!

Blakeslee Post Office has the most amazing employees in which picking up my mail is a pleasurable experience. Even if it's a bill, I still look forward to my next mail pickup from people I call friends. Such a happy environment. Always!

This office has always been good but I would like to specifically shout out one of the clerks there Johanna.. I’ve gotten to speak and see Johanna a few times when I go into the office… She is one of the most hardworking, unselfish people I have ever met in my life! She treats everyone fair and with so much respect. She goes out of her way whenever you need it.. Every time I get to see her it makes my day! She definitely wears her heart on her sleeve! It definitely shows in her work! I hope the postal service really appreciates the worker she is, cause she’s one in a million! There’s a lot of negative hate when it comes to the postal service and their workers but their job is not easy.. Not everyone can do it! So until you actually walked a mile in their shoes please don’t spread hate…

This is the best post office. I left Pocono Lake post office because they were unreliable and always "return to sender" my packages. However, I relocated to the Blakeslee office. I have been absolutely satisfied with the service. The post master Crystal is wonder and she has a staff that's top notch! Thanks Crystal, Ruma and Jo, with an honorable mention to Doreen. Yall always take care of us! ??❣️?

Clean post office. Easy to find parking. Great post office and great service! They offer a great variety of services! The clerks were professional, pleasant, respectful, and helpful! Johanna helped the customers at the window, she was excellent! Johanna works hard to help all customers in line, she was fair to the customers, and she has a positive attitude. There needs to be more clerks like Johanna. Other clerk Ruma was helpful, pleasant, and respectful too. Both clerks were fair, professional, helpful, positive, and respectful to the customers. Both clerks deserve to get recognition for their hard work! Their job looks tough, it is not for the weak. This post office has qualified clerks working here. Both clerks are minority workers who are bilingual.
Johanna is Hispanic. Johanna has spoken Spanish to some of the customers who were speaking Spanish. Ruma is Bangladesh.
This post office and both clerks does not deserve to get any hate, disrespect, or negative remarks because they are doing a great job. Disregard any misinformation reviews.

The post office was really bad. The people there were rude and racist. They didn't care about customers and didn't do their job properly. They treated some people unfairly because of their race. They didn't care. Don't go there, it's awful.

I watched multiple clerks and management treat a nice Spanish lady terribly in front of costumers and myself. I was waiting online with a few costumers as we saw these clerks say racist comments to her. Equality is what the post office should be striving for and I did not see that.

Johanna is very knowledgeable and was very helpful in obtaining my passport renewal. Everyone there is friendly. I recommend this Post Office.

If you need to renew your passport, do not go to this office. The passport lady is highly incompetent, arrogant and rude. I felt really uncomfortable in this office. The employee's name is Johanna. If you are not white, avoid practicing a passport with her. If you then put a negative review on this office, the next day as if by magic, comes a new positive review on their work. So if your origins are not 'white', here you can find a person who will make you feel different.
