Ms. Bev and Ms. Alyssa in infant room are good teachers. Kids get sent home frequently though so make sure you have good backup care if you go here.

Front door not secured properly, my son was able to exit building unaccompanied by an adult.Teacher (NN) with her own child in same classroom which is a conflict of interest demonstrating preferential TX towards her own child and bias towards other children (my son). Discrimination against neurodivergent children. My son got a full time therapist to support his needs and day after alphabet tree emailed saying pick up your child he is no longer welcome here. No phone call no meeting. I guess having a professional in there daily they must have been worried the therapist might report them for something…lack of professionalism.Everyday I asked staff how my son was and was told he had a good day. The AIU comes twice a week they report he has been doing well..

We couldn’t ask for a better experience than The Alphabet Tree as first time parents having to put our son in daycare. We are so thankful for Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Bev!

Hands down the best daycare we could have chosen for our baby Lucy! The staff is absolutely amazing—so loving, patient, and professional. They’ve created a wonderful, safe, and nurturing environment where our little one is thriving. We receive daily updates and photos, which makes us feel so connected. Our baby is always calm and happy at pickup, and we can see how much love and care is put into every day. We’re so grateful for this place and highly recommend it to any parent looking for top-notch infant care!

I recently had a tour to enroll my infant daughter in this facility. Everyone was really nice, polite and inviting when we arrived. Josh, the director, was very helpful and very honest about when to expect childcare. I presented him with my situation when my original childcare plans fell through; he even put me in contact with other facilities within the same network so that I could have as many options as possible. I'm looking forward to my daughter attending The Alphabet Tree.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the alphabet tree is! Both of our sons go here and they are treated like family. We are so happy we went with them for our child care and would recommend them to anyone! The staff is great and you can tell my kids just love them. Highly highly recommended if you are looking for childcare!

We are so thankful for our experience at The Alphabet Tree. My son transitioned there so smoothly & I credit the staff, particularly his morning teacher Ms. Missy & her genuine care for his needs. My son is very particular about certain things & the staff and Director Josh allowed him to have his needy days so he could feel comfortable with them as needed. I cant thank them enough for getting him in a routine as he grew into the 2 year old he is today! Highly recommend them if you're looking for a daycare that will treat your child like their own!

5 STARS is not enough to express our gratitude and appreciation for the Alphabet Tree and every one of its employees. We started with them a few years ago and after getting our daughter ready with the Pre K program for her school journey that of which she is excelling at to say the least!! But they have since also have had our son who started in their 2 year old room and is now in their PreK room. The Tree is a huge part of OUR VILLAGE, from helping get our little dude completely potty trained by 3, able to not only count to ten but point out and tell you each and every number. Knowing The ABCs, and even help controlling the little temper tantrums and molding his mannerisms. When your 3 year old asks you on a Saturday when you’re taking him to school, you know you found the right place!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making such a positive impact on our kids lives.

The Alphabet Tree has been taking amazing care of our kiddos for more than a year now. Our daughter is off to Kindergarten this fall and is ahead of where she needs to be due to their curriculum.

The Alphabet Tree has been so good to our family! We came upon a childcare shortage after a change in employment and needed enrollment for 2 kids at the same time. They were able to accommodate us almost immediately for both children and have been a part of our village ever since.They are very communicative and utilize a mobile app for mid-day updates around bathroom breaks, snacks, meals, and activities. They also have a very nice Facebook page where they highlight special events at the center, such as field trips and birthday/holiday parties.Our Pre-K daughter is going to miss all of her friends at the Alphabet Tree very much once she goes to kindergarten. Would definitely recommend their programs!

Great staff and facility, highly recommend! The teachers are amazing with the kids and fill their day with lots of activities and learning. We receive regular updates through the app so we feel very informed!

Our children started at alphabet tree a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier! The girls love going, and constantly talk about classmates and teachers. It’s amazing how socialized they’ve become, and my husband and I sometimes look at each other in disbelief at things they’ve learned! One day they randomly started naming months of the year and we both knew that was not something we taught them. The communication with the staff is extremely easy, and I feel like I know what is going on throughout the day. They’re quick to reach out with problems or concerns. I enjoy talking with the teachers when I pick the girls up. Great place and we feel lucky to have gotten the opportunity to send our kids here!

Our daughter has been attending the alphabet tree for a year and a half now and we have loved it there. She loves going to school everyday and seeing her friends and teachers and I feel like everyone there is her second family. Everyone is always friendly and any questions or communications are always responded to quickly. We recommend the alphabet tree to everyone!

Believe it or not, I was one of the first kids enrolled at The Alphabet Tree when I was a kid. Man, did I love it while I was there. Had so many memories of the way the rooms were situated and all of the teachers.Flash forward 30+ years, and I switch my little girl Zoey’s preschool to The Alphabet Tree. When I walked her in the first day, I knew I made the right choice. Everyone was so welcoming and took Zoey under their wings right off the bat. Even the smell was the same! Also, Ms. Bev worked there when I was little and she still remembered my name!It’s been a very rough year or so for our family and everyone at the Alphabet Tree from the owners, staff, and other parents have been nothing but kind, generous, and loving while we cope with our new normal.I would recommend anyone and everyone to enroll their children at The Alphabet Tree. It’s a small family and all the kids are so well taken care of!
