I called a week ago to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They scheduled me for the next week At 9 AM. I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. The gentleman of the counter stated that my appointment is not until 10 AM. All was OK because they said they could get me in immediately. An hour after I showed up, they came to me and showed me a possible bill for almost $1300 for everything that my car needed. I stated that I only wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Another 30 minutes goes by and I have to ask if my vehicle is almost done, The gentleman at the counter states that my vehicle should be done soon. After almost 2 hours there, my vehicle is finally done, and I’m ready to leave. I then get in my vehicle and they couldn’t even replace the sticker or update my oil life in my vehicle. I went back in and informed them of this. The lady behind the counter (not a technician) comes out after writing the new miles on the sticker, peels the old sticker off and replaces it.All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!!! ?Place looks great. Service doesn’t come close.Also, maybe tell the gentleman behind the counter to correct his attitude. I won’t be back.

I had no problems getting my 2023 gmc sierra elevation in to your service dept. Just not sure with all the problems I've been having with a brand new truck, that's why it's an 8 for recommendation.

Overall terrific, professional experienceImmediately greeted by sales rep when we arrived.Ashley in the business center did say the truck would be brought up front at our appt time. This didn’t happenSales person was not expecting usSales negotiation was fine. Was hoping not to have such a lengthy negotiation, but some of that was on me.Finance process and your digital tech was beyond expectations!

Total disappointment. My husband and I had been in contact with an employee multiple times and explained that we were driving 3 hours to buy a truck. She said they would hold it for us. When we arrived, it was in the process of being sold. We explained to the sales man what was going on and he was completely unprofessional (talking to us with a huge mouthful of chewing tobacco and laughed at us). While I understand that sometimes these things happen, this could have all been handled better. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service department has always been very knowledgeable and accommodating. The Service Manager Dave goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of.

Went to this dealership to possibly purchase a brand new 2023 GMC Canyon Denali, while test driving this truck a loud grinding noise was coming from the front right wheel, the salesman heard this noise also and told the service department at that time. After asking to have the service department check the vehicle, they refused and we were told it was safe to drive with the noise. Baffled that they would let someone potentially buy a brand new vehicle and drive it when clearly there was an issue with it we walked away. A week later we received a call that the truck was "fixed" and we could come test drive it again. We declined but asked what had to be fixed. We were told the brake pad hardware was defective and deformed from the factory so they had to replace the break pads, replace the break pad sensor and resurface the rotor. Needless to say we did not buy the brand new "fixed" truck. The salesman was very nice and completely understood. Buyer beware!

Nate was EXCEPTIONAL to work with! Colin was amazing. I won't buy a car from another dealership ever again. Not only am i a happy customer who got exactly what I was looking for, I got top notch customer service the ENTIRE way through the purchasing process. I felt like family. Wonderful experience; the best I've ever had.

Even though I understand that GM doesn't cover tire wear I think the dealer should want a repeat customer and help them out some. My tires are worn out at 18600 miles and that's not acceptable to me for a We are professional grade suv

Took my vehicle in without an appt due to noticing an issue that started on my way to town, arrived at the dealership, ( I had purchased my Jeep here 2 yrs ago) , service center near their closing time on a beautiful Friday when most wanting to just get out of work, the staff were absolutely amazing, listened to my concerns, got my jeep in quickly and diagnosed the problem, was able to complete repairs AND do my inspection! I am so super appreciative for the technician as he had just completed a months long job and ready for a break, wish I knew all the names and how much they are appreciated, would definitely purchase from them again and will continue to get my vehicle serviced here!

My car broke down on the highway with a broken radiator and was towed to your dealership late in the evening after we were dropped off at a local hotel. The next morning we walked to your dealership and you had put other work aside to work on mine! We were told my Terrain would be done by the end of the day, and was given a ride back to our hotel. One shutter and two radiators later.... by the end of the day we were back on the road! I cannot say enough good things about you! You were so kind, caring and helpful. David was wonderful and made sure the work was done and went out of his way to make sure we were ok. I thank you so very much!

If you decide to buy a pre-owned vehicle make sure you ask if you will get more than 1 key with the vehicle before signing, because once the deal is done no one will really care about helping you and obviously they won't care about making that right. Customer service gave them 1 star because 0 wasn't an option.

I used to speak highly of this dealership, I have boughten two cars from here... They decided that today I needed to pay $40 for a small bulb to go on my license plate and I needed a ball joint for $277. At first I believed them, because they've never done this to me before but I took it to another local mechanic only to find out that the Bob might cost $15 and also my ball joints were perfectly fine. It's very upsetting but I will no longer deal with this place again!
