I had a dispute about why I'm paying for two phone numbers. A former employee didn't do his job correctly, hence that's why he's not employed there anymore. Two years later, I'm still being pushed aside after checking in at the store. No refund or credit. Today I started a second claim with AT&T at the customer service level and I'm being told there was no claim made at this local store.

Overpriced phones being sold by shady salespeople who went think twice to prey on the elderly. Would never recommend anyone use there service. Not only are they more expensive, but the internet is also terrible. Always hitting dead spots where there will be no service (and I live in the city), not out in the middle of nowhere. TERRIBLE!

Very disappointed. Representative does not know their information. Very rude. It’s not these same as those representatives that worked there before.

Went in to upgrade from S22U to S24U and all went smoothly. Great experience. Adam @ the Bloomsburg store was excellent. Great guy.

The associate who helped us, William M was the most knowledgeable and patient ATT employee I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! We had a jumble of things to get done, along with a hundred questions. He handled everything with ease and fixed issues that previous associates were not able to! He was also very clear when describing the process and beyond kind in dealing with our family of 3 and all of our needs! This gentleman is an outstanding example of an educated and experienced customer service professional for your company. Please pass along my sincere thanks to him again!

Disappointed in the employees they hire here. Purchased a Bluetooth ear piece and asked the girl/employee if it would connect to my work computer, she asked another girl/employee who said yes, WRONG ANSWER. If they don't know the simplest of things, how did they get this job? Bottom line, don't go to these AT&T stores without doing your own research, they hire just anyone who applies.

Worked with Will to upgrade my daughters phone on Saturday. As a technology person myself, I really appreciated Will's customer service and thoroughness during the process. He tested everything for us and made sure we were completely satisfied. AT & T is lucky to have a professional like Will working in this store. Thanks Will!

This store is a joke anymore. I have used them for 18 years no problems. Went for a new phone and was sold a new phone at no cost with trade in last week told to bring my trade in back within thirty days. Today I took the phone in and was told that my phone wasn't eligible for the promotion that they told me it was. The "Manager" is a joke she couldn't even explain anything or deal with the issue and made her employee talk to me. Her answer was to say take the phone and send it in if they don't notice it will be fine and then stomp off to the back office because I said they should take care of it and train their employees. I feel bad for the young man who was working as I absolutely gave him attitude at that point due to her. Sorry I believe your name was Michael you were far more professional than your boss. So apparently don't trust the employees and read the pages of information and stipulations when in the store. My phone was a "Special case" with a similar name to a qualified phone. At&t corporate you can do so much better.

I was most satisfied in the fact that within the first minute of walking in the door I was greeted by a representative with a smile and a welcoming hello followed by "I will be with you in just a few minutes. As soon as Matt was finished with the customer he had already been helping, he approached me and my sister to find out what the reason for our visit was. He assisted us with multiple solutions to fixing the issue (the screen was smashed on my IPhone 11 and I needed to replace/upgrade my phone. I would certainly recommend his service to anyone who has a need to visit his store. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the business.

The man who took care of us seemed to be more interested in his phone than us. My issue wasn't taken care of.
