“Earlier today I noticed that the rear, driver's side tire appeared to be low in pressure. The car has been parked for a number of days due to severe cold weather and lots of snow. I decided it was time to remove the snow and make sure I could get it started and use it for a short local trip. Then I decided the prudent step to take before driving any distance was to have someone check the tire pressure. The manager came out in bitter cold weather, about 20 degrees and at my request checked the tire pressure. It was about 15 degrees and then I knew it was important that I stop at Auto Zone #1846. The manager, Brian Hull checked the tire and then offered to use a portable inflator, and when one was not working well, he proceeded to get another and asked me to wait inside while air was added. He brought it up to proper pressure and also made sure that ALL of the tires had similar readings. He also helped me with the purchase of a tire guage and checked on the cost of of a battery for another car I own that likely needs to have a battery replaced. Also, helpful while in the store was Scott Harchar who helped me to choose three small ice scrapers. I was impressed with both the helpfulness and kindness that was displayed. As a result I will be back to purchase more necessary auto purchases as a result of today's experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“My experience exceeded my expectations. During my wait, I experienced a couple impatient customers that were acting like Planet Earth was given to them as a birthday gift. The service desk team definitely maintained their professionalism and patience.
I walked in, they asked if I had an appointment and I confirmed my information. After signing a couple forms, they took my key and said about an hour. My car was completed in about 45 minutes.
These negative reviews blow my mind because it seems entitled overgrown toddlers weren't treated like Kings or Queens. Thank you for the great service.”
