“Damsel in distress...I was until Dave helped me for free! I had been in an accident in NYC and the rear quarter panel was flapping in the wind while I was driving back to Detroit. He hacksawed, at my request, about 2 inches of plastic so it could be removed and placed in my trunk. He was working on another car but took time immediately to help me to get me back on the road.”

“Steve took a look at my car and it was under warranty and instead of fixing it himself and charging us, he told us to take it to the dealership and say it’s under warranty. He saved us so much money and explained it all in detail and even printed out the paper showing the warranty to take with me. This is the most honest mechanic I’ve ever talked to. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good, reliable and honest mechanic! Great family as well!”

Not only did he tell me come right in, but did the work right away and had it done same day for 1/3 the price then the other shops . I would recommend them to everyone. “I had a flat tire in Benton. They did not have the ti in y r ex k re in stock. Bloomsburg did have the tire. Instead of waiting for the tire to come from Bloomsburg, they suggested I go to Bloomsburg and get the tire put on there. The help l received in Benton and Bloomsburg was above and beyond.”
“I was given quite a list of things that my car dealership deemed ‘needed’. I instead opted to come to the new garage and as always they were amazing!! Not only did I NOT need most of what they were recommending, but the guys at the new garage even printed out the schedule of maintenance recommended for my Subaru from the Subaru website!! The suggestions from the dealership was mostly just to line the dealerships pockets. Thank you to the great guys at the new garage! See you in 6000 miles for what I actually need! “They unloaded me right away even though I was 1hr and a half early (I was told 0800, but appointment was for 0900). Very nice fellas. I explained it was my first time here and they were very kind.? As a rule of thumb, I try to only show up 30 minutes early, no earlier. I only had 230 tires, so it wasn't a full load by any means.”

“Tow Service via my Insurance - When my car broke down on the hottest week of the year, my insurance roadside assistance sent Quentin Frey with the tow truck from Roberts. Polite and courteous. He also gave honest advice about the best place to have my vehicle towed to.
Garage Services - My car was towed to the garage late Monday. I called to touch base on Tuesday. On Wednesday morning, they called and gave me the final verdict. Nothing needed fixed but they did spend two days of manpower time running tests, doing a full battery of diagnostics and test drives. Replacing parts wasn't going to do anything. My car is aging and just in need of being replaced soon.
Edited to add: They later did more tests & found an issue that required a battery replacement due to faulty parts on the battery. My bill did go up for that, but cant recall the cost as I'm writing this just now (nearly 2 months after my original post.)
Towing : Covered by insurance.”

“I honestly had such a great experience here. As soon as I brought my car in, they took the time to look at it pretty quickly and explained everything to me in a way I could actually understand. They told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a clear estimate upfront, which I really appreciated. They also helped me with some extra paperwork I needed, which made the whole process so much easier on me.
Everyone there was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. When I got my car back, all the issues I was dealing with were completely fixed, and it’s been running great ever since. It was such a relief to finally have everything taken care of.
