Bloomsburg's service staff is amazing. I have had the pleasure of having them service my car a few times, thank gosh, nothing major. I have had them select tires for me because, well, I know nothing and they guided me to what I need, at a fair price too! They informed me that I had recalls, I didn't even know about them! The staff is awesome. I have purchased my last four cars from them! I have led others to their place too. They are the most family friendly dealership to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a vehicle!

The staff has always treated me and my family with respect. My time is just as valuable as my money at the dealership. Whether it's sales or service, the staff greet me kindly and take care of my needs as quickly as possible.

My sunroof stopped working while under warranty. Chevrolet Bloomsburg ordered parts to fix the car which took some time, then they realized they did not fix the problem and needed to order more parts. They then replaced parts and sunroof worked for a 2 weeks and stopped working again. At this point, the car was out of warranty and they would not honor the warranty to fix it. I decided not to pay to have it fixed and have not used it since. Fast forward a few months and this sunroof motor (which they replaced) has started smoking when the car is not running. I drove it to service department and said I did not want to put any money into o this but wanted to see if they could at least pull the fuse for me since it is their shotty work. I was told no there was no one available to do the work. After asking if it's ok to drive if it is intermittently smoking, the desk worker responded with "I lied- there is someone to pull the fuse". After 1.5 hours, the fuse was pulled and they charged me 52 dollars for pulling a fuse. After my third bad experience, I felt it warranted my first ever internet review.

and waiting for them to figure out what we were going to do, I had the girl I was with pair her iPhone since that is what they all had so I assumed that they tested the radio with an iPhone at least. I was wrong, the iPhone did the same issue. * They decided that they were going to give me a 10-year-old car as a rental with a sticky steering wheel and cigarette burn holes in the driver's seat. Embarrassing to say the least! After having to ask the team to find Jeremy so I can ask how long they were going to have my car they were miraculously able to get the same radio that took weeks, next day. * They did not even try to follow the basic steps to resolve my issue and between Jeremy and the owner Matt they told me multiple times that "at least my car still drove" and that "well at least the functionality of plugging my phone into the car still worked" and that they "they were trying the best to fix the issue". * They were very rude, dismissive of my issue, told me multiple times that I can go across the street to GMC and have them fix my issue. The incompetence of the staff and irritation I endured at this location is astonishing and I will be making sure that family and friends will NOT be going to this location.

Great customer service/sales representative experience! BUTTTT bought a used Toyota Rav4 off them it came with a sticker on the window that was a checklist saying everything was great (oil,brakes,tires etc.) I Checked my oil with 2000k+ of oil life left and the oil looked like thick coffee it was that dirty. So not only did they never check/change the oil before it was sold they have the balls to offer ''free"oil changes that service department never did the first time. I guess the oil would be free but not the eventual engine replacement?

When I decided to trade in my car, I went to Carfax and found a Nissan Altima listed at this dealership. The price, for the year and the mileage, were fair. Tom was the salesman who took excellent care of me, gave me a fair trade for my car, and got me into the Altima. Matt helped with my financing, and searched around until he found the best loan for me. I can't thank these gentlemen enough! I've been driving the car for about six weeks, and am enjoying it. I highly recommend this dealership!

I always take my car to Cadillac of Bloomsburg for inspection and any needed repairs. The prices are reasonable and they are always courteous. My vehicle is a 2003 and they keep it in good working order.

I would give a 0 star if that was possible. I dropped my truck off for a diagnosis a week later they still cant give me a diagnosis of the issue that i have been having with my vehicle. I called on Thursday and told them to stop what they are doing I am coming to pick up my truck, because I was tired of them wasting so called work hours on my truck. It is now 5 days later and they had the audacity to charge me $800.00 for doing absolutely nothing. I don't know how they have a 4.8 rating because this service shop that does nothing just straight up scams you. I hope people see this review and consider twice before taking their vehicle there.
