Horrible customer service. Fran Seward, Vice President Regional Branch Administrator, shouldn't even have a job when she is clueless about my child's father's situation, very rude, unprofessional. One would think that a Vice President of a Regional Bank would have some sort of solution and/or knowledge as to guide or help customers. Going to the media on this.

All the tellers are Professional yet Personable... Fast and Efficient. I have been a customer for many years and don't foresee that changing. Thank you for all you do girls.

Waited 15 minutes just to set up a savings account for my daughter. The lady at the front desk felt it was more important and leave messages with people about trivial things whiIe stood with a three-year-old waiting. The Scott Township office is definitely not customer oriented.
