I had a question. The person I was talking to could not answer it. So she was very thoughtful and put me on hold and asked someone else and got my answer from them. Thank you .

I've given both Lowes and Home Depot plenty of business in 2023. The notable issues I had with Lowes were late and annoying employees. Lowes did have some very helpful employees (that clearly care about the store) to try to balance out the duds. The number one issue with Lowes for me was when the Lowes Lawn and Garden register and door for this department would consistently open up 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to in the Summer of 2023. Putting someone unreliable (whether 15 minutes tardy or a no show) in charge of opening a department is unacceptable.Once this happened a few times in a row (consecutive shopping trips) in the summer I took my business mostly to Home Depot. I found that Home Depot also had much more sturdy carts for heavy stuff as well. In contrast, there were some bent metallic wirey Lowes carts that should have been retired/replaced with better ones but weren't.I'm glad Lowes responded and shared this feedback. Thank you.

I always find what I need. Would be nice if the prices on lumber were better, but that's just the way it is nowadays.

Very clean bathrooms. This has become our new rest area along I-80 in PA. Better than the PA rest areas.

Things are labled well so you know where to find them. Prices are clearly labled. Great variety of products, and they are always very helpful.

Today, I went to Lowes is Bloomsburg. The servive was outstanding. I was treated like king. Three floor associates were helping me in the same time. EL from tools department (it was not the first tme she help me). Also, Garrett in flooring department. I didn't catch the third name. I resolved many issues about flooring and plumbing in 15 min and left the store very saticfied. Good job guys. Keep up with this service. Thank you.

I used to work for Lowe's 1572 store of the year. So I know a lot of what takes place and why. But this new CEO is probably one of the biggest problems with Lowe's. Soon they will be a department store instead of a hardware store. Also the prices are out of control and help is non existent. I now shop at Home Depot. I went to Lowe's for outdoor carpet. 36.00 a linear foot. Home Depot had the same carpet for less than half. In the end I paid 185.00 at home Depot and Lowe's wanted 685.00. There is something severely wrong with that! And anyone who supports those numbers! It's like that everywhere throughout the store too. Going out of business I say! Also the craftsman returns is a joke. You have to have the same exact number on the tool. Knowing you will not be able to match numbers, even when the tool is clearly identical. They do this so you get frustrated and buy another wrench or screwdriver. Do yourself a favor, buy Icon from harbor freight. It is better quality and no questions asked on broken exchanges. Not a scam like everything in Lowe's anymore.

What isn't there to love about going in a place that has everything under the sun?If you need to fix something in your house or do anything remotely active around your house, get in there.I feel like spending money here is more productive than spending it on junk. If you get something in there, you know you're going to be buying motivation to improve something and the means to do it.If you don't know what you're doing, the people will help you too and not make you feel like an idiot.Get in there and buy some wood or something. Who cares if you don't know what you're going to use it for.

I ordered an Ego riding mower and it was suppose to be ready for delivery on Tuesday (thats 4 days after I placed the order). They had 3 in stock but they needed to be assembled. Its now Friday and still no text or email telling me to come pick it up. There are videos on how to un-crate these mowers and put them together. Its a simple process that might take 2 hours at best but for some reason Lowes in Bloomsburg cant seem to get it together. If its not ready for pick up by tomorrow I am going to cancel the order.

We picked out flooring and meet with the company that's was to install it. Then there was an issue at the store with the quote it needed a manager to override because of a coding issue. A week later and multiple calls later they said it was done but they just made a new quote which was wrong, so the associate rewrote it when we were there. Then they didn't have any of the flooring in stock now. A week later and still none in stock which they said would take a few days. Now we are out the money to meet the contractor and 1 month of this hassle. We are going to another place that knows what they are doing!!
