Great Medicale supply store .Always friendly and understanding and attentive to your personal needs .Fixes problems as fast as they can .Bunch of amazing people work here .Thank you for always being there and going the extra mile to help .I been with them for roughly 15 years unfortunately for my health reasons however due to my health Iam greatful for rotech and I would never dream of leaving. UPDATED 6-13-203 was giving 5 stars but changed to 1 stat, due to no receive my equipment needed for my Bi-Pap. I've been using the same mask since Feb. And the same tube and water box since Aug 2022. I called multiple times to order, spoke to a lady on the phone and she said yes I ordered it for you. What a joke, got fed up and called my insurance company on them.

Absolutely unbelievable poor customer service, nasty, and rude! The worst i have ever been treated on the phone. Never once got a call from them. When i called them they lied and said my order was about to drop ship and when i questioned how long i was told that emails and authorization still needed to occur??? How if my order was about to ship? When i asked how what the process was there were no good answers and i got a speech about a national cpap shortage then told that I could take my business elsewhere if I didn't like it. Hung up on me and they cancelled my order! Do yourself a favor and avoid this ignorant manager ar rotech in bloomsburg.

Tired of having to deal with Sara's opinion on when I need to use my back up tanks. She suggested I somehow carry my home machine and the part that refills the small tanks with me if I need to travel overnight?? huh? U want someone on oxygen to load and carry a huge home machine around? How do u suggest I get it up and down the stairs. Unreal. And only will come on a Tues, not when needed. Oxygen is a necessity. Don't understand why my insurance switched to this company. Ugg

Poor billing services. Mistake after mistake. Just told them to cancel my account and to never darken my door again. I will not be surprised if Medicare does a survey and this company is sent to the State Department of Insurance for fraud. I suggest you call another company.

Very poor customer relations!!! I called for an appointment for my husband to pick up a new mask. They were very unaccommodating with any time frame. After they thought they hung up with me they proceeded to bad mouth me while I listened!! Unacceptable!!!
