This was a unique situation that a banner already created by another company needed to be redone.I was waiting on the company who originally made it to redo it. A fellow vendor claimed this store would have it done in two hours, as told to him.It was never done. Three emails: no reply. This wasn't what I needed during a busy event and no additional help. Wasted three hours of time making sure all the changes needed were included.

This store was a big disappointment, the shelves are very poorly stocked and we had difficulty finding items, of course without any help. I checked my phone and went elsewhere. I would recommend if you need staples products order on line or go to Walmart, Harborfrieght, lowes etc..

This is one of the reasons why places like these are going out of business. I came here to make a couple of copies. The lady with the head wrap and glasses was swamped. She came over and set me up on one of the self serve copiers since I was paying cash. I waited a couple of minutes and the copier kept displaying processing. I had to ask her to come over because the copier was being unresponsive. She then said she would just make the copies for me because she couldn’t get the copier to start making my copies either. After making the copies for me she rings me up and charges me not only for the copies but for an express fee as well. This is what really made me upset. When I asked her why I was charged for express, she replied that it was because I wanted right away. She never asked if I wanted to come back for them or if I needed them immediately. And bottom line, their self service copier was down. I would never in my over 30 years of retail management experience charge a customer due to something that was my fault or the equipment we have. If anything, I’d go over and above to ensure that the issues that they ran into would not deter them from returning to our store. Do better Staples.

If you go to staples and get to experience Lynne while in there good luck. Very unprofessional and rude. I waited over 10 minutes for her to wait on me while she ignored me in line. Then made comments. I then had to call and speak to a manager. Maybe it’s time to retire.

This place is a joke only one person shipping boxes an was in a line for 45 minutes also no one at the register you need to get a dam manager in hear that knows what the hell they are doing

God Bless the staff at this location! David is an absolute dear! If you need anything copied or printed, ask for him - he knows what he is doing!

Tom and John are excellent at customer service. Shout to Mike the cashier for also being an awesome cashier. Abby, Dave and everyone else in Print you are awesome.Awesome crew all around. They do amazingly well despite the store being staffed on skeleton crew.Be patient with them and if you have to wait for someone else because everyone's busy that's just tough teddys either wait or leave.The man who berrated the tech sales guy last time I was there, you'll get what you deserve.All around 5 stars.

I was behind a customer at the checkout, upon completion of her transaction, the employee put up a sign, register closed, go to copy desk. Seriously!!! Watched the employee go over there where the line had 5 people. Had a $214 ink cartridge in my hand. Ordered it on WB Mason for half the price. Bye

The store closes at 8. I showed up at 7:55. Last minute Ik but they already had the doors locked. If you’re open till 8 leave the doors unlocked until 8.

Went in for one simple black and white copy...Copier would not print...Went to desk and asked for one black and white copy...Clerk printed two color copies and was going to charge for both...When I said something about, both copies were ripped up and a black and white copy made...Cost was still more than from the copier...What can I say ----- idiots!!!!!!!
