Yes, nice and courteous easy to work with I was able to pre-pay. I use the storage unit for my college, aged daughter and her friends they were able to fill up a storage unit instead of bringing stuff home for the summer. Great highly recommended.

The storage unit was easy to access , very responsive to emails and phone calls when I had questions prior to booking. Will use them again in between college years at BU for my daughter
