I bought a brand new 2015 fifth wheel from Susquehanna RV back in 2014. I don’t know what happened but I know many people that bought brand new campers from Susquehanna RV in the past five years and many complaints about them. I would not buy From Susquehanna RV. So many issues and Susquehanna RV, just blows them off! From management all the way down the ladder! I would like susquehanna RV to discuss warranty and fix the issues. They worry about just collecting money and that’s where it ends!

Either incompetence or laziness may cost me $8000. I brought my motorhome in for a water leak/Insurance Estimate. I explained that my interior and underneath storage was full of chlorinated water and that my water pump would not stop running. They said they looked at it and and determined that the leak was structural. The insurance company declined the claim since I hadn't documented that the roof had be inspected and sealed last year. Didn't know I had to do that until it was too late. Well fast forward to 2 weeks ago, I took the motorhome to D&J RV Center and within 5 min they found out what was wrong with the water system. The water tank had broken loose and broke the water line to my low pressure system. The water system was never inspected by Susquehanna RV, or they don't know what they were doing. Now I am jumping through hoops 5 months later trying to get the claim reopened.
And YES, I did speak to the service manager and all I got was a nod of the head. I had to ask if he understood me. I am in the business similar to that of Susquehanna RV and if my employees made this much of a mistake, I would have done my best to deal with it. Someday stuff like this will catch up with them. Google reviews only go so far. I plan on a social media campaign to educate potential customers to beware of this business and think twice about spending your money there.
UPDATE/REPLY:
I never received an estimate that noted the water tank had broken loose from its straps and that 40 gallons of water had leaked and ended up under my floor in the storage compartment. Your mechanics assumed the leak was from the roof but had ZERO evidence of this because your shop is, at best, lazy and at worst, unethical and dont care about your customers. Where are your pictures and written estimate? Did I sign anything or can you show where I was emailed an estimate? Why did my water filter explode after winterization? Basically its all a shame. Im not the only 1 star review. Your carrying a 4.1 for a reason. I am confident that my claim will be covered fortunately after talking with my Insurance rep and thank God for both of us. Have a good day. You got my number... I dare you.

Do not buy from this place. Been waiting for at least 6 weeks for them to come back and fix 2 big hoses underneath and my sons exhaust fan in bathroom

Took our toy hauler there to be fixed due to some guy hitting us and the work was very poor and butchered. Many calls to speak with Larry the service manager to correct the issues with no call backs! They hacked the bent pieces off and butchered some junk tin they had laying around on with self tapping screws and the tin has 1” holes throughout it so now all the road grime goes into our fuel cell hose compartment! 1 parking light still doesn’t work, they never put new labels on for the fuel tank for the generator and fuel cell so I had to figure out what fill cap went where, they reused the old center caps and their too small for the wheels so they rattle all over the place, and they left the battery disconnect switch on for months and killed the battery so I had to buy new ones! They make missed the holes for the new ladder 4 times in one screw hole and just put silicone in the holes, the list goes on and on DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO SUSQUEHANNA RV!!!

Sales great service sucks I bought a new toy hauler there 10months ago one 3day trip its been at dealer waiting for warranty work to be done an they say it's a big job so it take time the time is doing it not leave it in yard an look at it ?

These guys are awesome! I lost my heat and I called and talk to them about it. I did some research on line before I called and they had the answers at the shop. It turns out it was what they told me. The ignition control board was bad and they replaced it. Brought the furnace back to camp and put everything back together. Hit the switch and BAM!!! We had heat!!! Everybody was awesome especially Rick from down stairs. He showed me how to fix it and gave some pointers. Thanks you guys. The wife and our kitties love having heat again. When we are in town we definitely will deal with them. Thanks again!!!

This businesses service department is an absolute JOKE!!! I cannot speak for the Selinsgrove location but steer very clear of the Bloomsburg locations service department. The general manager Bob has a certain level of arrogance about him, almost as if he has heard these complaints many times before about the service department, but clearly if he has, not much has been done to correct it. Unfortunately google does not allow me enough room to fully get my story in.
