Living in Bloomsburg for 34 years, the overall service from the window and backroom agents, delivery persons, and managers has been helpful, friendly, and efficient. The rare, occasional slip-up was far outweighed by the trustworthy relationships formed over the years and the dedication of the entire staff, especially our carriers!

I’ve gone in a couple times and not ONCE did I have a hint of positivity… only lady behind the desk a while back made everyone wait until she was done on her cellphone before helping them. Then proceeded to have her coworker open her window for someone she must have known personally. She used to be super difficult to talk to when it came to getting a simple money order. Always seemed like she was having the worst day ever all because she had to work. Now I’m missing a package that should have been in an envelope and I can’t even call because they won’t pickup the phone. This place needs to be avoided at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience with Denise from the Bloomsburg post office after struggling with a lost card with a check in it sent from a restaurant in MD to my sister from me. The Bloomsburg post office never even should have been involved! Long story!! Denise was helpful, patient, and kind. Best of all she told me what to do to resolve the issue. No one in MD helped me and they were very nasty. Thanks again Denise 😃

Wish I could give them a 0 the clerk acted like everyone was a waste of her time. Blonde hair chubby lady. She took forever to wait on anyone in the first place was rude when all I needed was a stamp what a joke?!

Worst service ever!!! Totally unhelpful. Cost me almost 50 dollars to send a package and it got sent back! It was their mistake and they refused to refund my money!

Pathetic for a post office. Lady with the tattoos makes the process extremely difficult everytime and her attitude is horrible. They're so miserable because they have to do their jobs.
