Denice was helpful. She helped locate a package and offered to deliver it herself. Above and beyond!

Worst service ever!!! Totally unhelpful. Cost me almost 50 dollars to send a package and it got sent back! It was their mistake and they refused to refund my money!

Pathetic for a post office. Lady with the tattoos makes the process extremely difficult everytime and her attitude is horrible. They're so miserable because they have to do their jobs.

Terrible service and two ladies with the worst attitudes I’ve ever witnessed at the front counter. If you don’t like your job do us all a favor and just quit.

Mail carrier was quite rude to my 87 yr old mother who was babysitting my nephews dog, told her to control dog or he wouldn't deliver her mail and would spray her. Dog was only protecting my mom.

I purposely have to drive 45 mins (one way) and make separate arrangements to visit weekly JUST to pick up my mail due to having no tolerance or patience for the sheer laziness and callousness of these miserable hands. I guess they hate you so much that they don’t care how inconvenient they make things for you.Don’t let the beautiful outside structure fool you, it’s changed especially since the pandemic sorry to say.

The workers in there are so rude, and for what? If you don't like your job, then leave. All I wanted to do was mail a couple of things and they gave me unnecessary attitude. Do better.

In the past few months, at least 3 of my packages were lost (including a graduation cord) and I had to contact the companies to send new products. This morning, I received a package from Amazon, and on it was a written note telling me to input the correct address and that my apartment number didn’t exist. I’ve been living in the same apartment for close to a year now, so I’m pretty sure I’d know my own apartment number and have had no issues previously. Unsure what person is running the mail that felt the need to write this passive aggressive note, but it’s not my fault they can’t locate the apartment. My apartment building also has a mail counter, so there’s no need for them to be looking for my apartment number anyways, and the passive aggressiveness was not needed. Just because you can’t figure it out doesn’t mean it isn’t my correct address.

live in an apartment complex and receive mail all the time that is not ours. the mail was piling up so we put it in our mailbox just for the mail carrier to not take it. i wrote *return* on the mail pieces and put back in the mailbox to be taken, just to receive a handwritten note from the mail carrier to NOT write on mail, just put it back in the box, as it is a *federal offense* to write on mail…. firstly, no it isn’t. secondly, no one needs such notes left in their mailbox and from the mail carrier no less. completely uncalled for. i took the note down to the post office and luckily the woman at the counter and the supervisor were very apologetic and assured me i did the right thing and it was entirely unnecessary. otherwise i usually don’t have issues with this post office and everyone is typically very friendly and polite.

second time they left note without stating what was delivered , no date and the item was missing. When I went to the general mail box to pick it up. I had checked the night before and there was nothing there, no note. I checked the next day and I saw the note but no item
