MARIAM, Blumenberg store manager, she need to be fired immediately ….All what she care about to sell people to get commission and screw up in the contract. She lied to customer and she disappear from the store. When she know, we’re going to face her, they bill me. The past four months on purchases they’ve been returned And until now, we’re having a problem with customer service to refund the money back I hope we’ll hear something soon, or my lawyer is going to handle everything The worst thing I did for my business to deal with Verizon, bloomsburg location

Very unsatisfied with the way credit works and all the fees purchased a phone and the watch was suppose to be 100. However got charged the full amount for the watch and they say there's nothing I can do about it. Especially all the fees and lines for the phone and watch. Have had Verizon for a while and never dealt with these issues....

Don’t waste your time going to the store. The customer service is horrific I walked in to a store with associates taking care of three people and me and another customer waiting stood for 45 minutes while additional customers came into the store and additional employees showed up for work and had to wait 45 minutes for anyone to say a word to me that I was supposed to sign in online when I walked in the door. At that point I complained that 2 people who arrived after me are now in front of me in line because they were approached by the manager before me. At this point it’s beyond frustrating that a customer would have to stand there 45 mins without ANY of the associates saying a word to you. I literally had 2 questions about my plan. I walked out. Again. Save your time. Call Verizon. This manager and CSR team are a poor example of how to treat customers

One star!!I went in to upgrade my phone. Everything went fine when we visited the first time. Kevin was super helpful and kind. This is the only reason I gave one star.A few days later I had my new phone delivered to my house and had to drop off my old phone once everything was transferred. The phone was wiped, factory reset and in good condition when I brought it in.What frustrated me the most about this visit was the fact I waited TWO HOURS for something to be done in less than a minute, yet there were at least 2 other associates in the back. I know this because one came out to help me (eventually) and the other came out to help another associate with a customer as I was waiting.I understand understaffing is an issue and it was later in the evening, however I was not the only other person waiting to be helped. I was told this process would be quick and easy, and it ended up wasting my time.

Word of advice, if you don’t want to wait as long, make an appointment online. Shoutout to Matthew for being friendly and helpful to resolve my activation issue.

We’ve had such an emotionally-draining, exasperating experience since my last phone upgrade, in April 2022. We have been loyal Verizon customers for 20 years. My 5-year old iPhone began to malfunction where I couldn’t hear through the earpiece. After troubleshooting over the phone with Verizon, they told me to go to the store. My husband told me to use our phone insurance to replace/fix your phone. The girl in the Bloomsburg store said it would be cheaper to get a new phone with the trade-in promotion of $700 for my old iphone, rather that pay the insurance deductible for a used phone. I asked her four times: are you SURE I’m getting $700 for my phone trade-in? She said yes, that’s the promotion. She also says, I need to be the account manager to make an upgrade. I thought changing this wasn’t a big deal because she did it with such ease, until my husband had a conniption about it later that night. Red Flag #1 ?I agreed to upgrade and chose the white iPhone 13. She “mistakenly” grabs me a pale pink iPhone, completes transaction until I question her: is that really the white one? ‘Oops.’ THEN she had to RETURN it and that’s where the suspicious activity continued. Red Flag #2 ?A little odd, but I thought I could trust a large corporation. The Bluetooth information transfer was taking a long time so she gave me the prepaid shipping label box to return my old iPhone. I went home, erased the old iPhone’s memory and SHIPPED IT BACK. THE TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEIR TEXAS LOCATION. However, Verizon claimed it was never received, then they said they shipped it back to me. ?There was absolutely no tracking saying it was shipped back to me and I never received it back. Mystery surrounds where my $700 iPhone ended up.I’ve spent hours on the phone with them in June, August, September, October 2022 & January 2023. ? I finally went back in person in April 2023. ? Every time I speak with someone at Verizon, they act like they understand my frustration and will credit the returned $700 iPhone, but it never happens. It’s been a year and a half and my husband switched us to Xfinity. Our old $211 Verizon bill is now under $100 with Xfinity.I sincerely believe the girl somehow scammed us and Verizon failed on at least seven separate occasions to make it right. All the notes are in our account. Since we canceled the Verizon contract early we had to pay the $450 balance of my new iPhone. Yet they never gave me a dime for the old iPhone I sent back to them. Which is why I am writing now to warn others of the utter scam we went through. Waste of many hours of our time and money. So frustrating and disheartening. I thought they were the gold standard.

Expect to be in there for a while. I understand there's only so many employees so it's going to take a while for them to help you. I just don't like waiting so long. Some employees are really nice and of course you will always have the a**ho** ones.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is they cleared up something with my plan but when I was working with them a customer came in and the associate just walked away to greet the customer we had been given our receipt but wasn't told if we were done or not since she just walked off we thought we were done and left then they called me telling me to come back because they were not finished so we came back and got everything done smoothly.

Was okay, problem still exists, so not the best visit. Another visit....Super slow customer service. Having savvy tech friends is faster than waiting here.

I just went into the bloomsburg Verizon wireless, I have been dealing with them for about 6 months because of their cheap phone charges, they either send me the wrong ones or they don't work. The "kid" they had working working for them was so cocky and rude. The manager just stood and watched as she treated me this way.

Worst Verizon location. Tried to get in 45 minutes before they closed, they said to come back another day because of all the customers. Came back a week later, an hour and 15 minutes before closing, and the doors were locked already. Sign on door said we are at capacity, and closed until the next day. Decided to go to the Verizon reseller in Bloomsburg where I got a great deal, and didn't have to wait for service.

By far the best Verizon store location. I take all of my business here and will continue to do so. The staff are very helpful, but also incredibly friendly. It makes all of the difference in the shopping experience.
