I purchased a patio set at the Walmart in Lewisburg PA with the Better Homes name on it ofr Mother's day for my wife. I spent 3 hours putting it together. It was missing a leg, the frame was bent and a nut counter-sinked into the frame was missing. I went back and forth with the company and they said the parts i needed was basically the biggest pieces of the set. They told me i had to go back to walmart. I called customer service and told them of the issues and they told me that i would need to bring it back and take a new one. I asked if i could swap out the broken pieces with the floor model. I was told i had 2 choices/ First load it up and get a new one and spend another 3 hours or get the parts from the company which i tried and they denied me. Walmart should be a little more flexible. I am a senior citizen and being on my knees hurts.

This place is a wreck. Not only have they yet to resume 24 hour services, they're obviously no longer using the overnight hours to stock and clean. It's borderline impossible to shop there anytime before 5 pm because all the aisles are clogged with stocking carts and employees care more about talking than getting the job done. Last time I was there, I stood there in the macaroni section and watched a girl on a ladder do nothing but move the same two boxes back and forth for THREE MINUTES STRAIGHT. Convenience was the only reason to shop at this slop trough and now even that is no longer true.

Needed to distract myself for a little bit and get what I needed that I forgot before I reached my endpoint. Luckily for me when I got off the highway there was this plaza that had a few places to visit.I ended up making it a quick stop while I was here. I ran in and kind of went to where I thought things would be and made my way around to a few other sections before I made a b-line to the registers.I used the self checkout registers to make it faster. But I feel like that took longer than it should have. It's like everyone, me included, does not want to do much social interaction. Once done, I was out the store and onto the next place.

Please please more staff, again we are having to wait in long lines at checkouts. It's a Monday and it shouldn't be this way, but every time I come it's the same. It's hard for people to socially distance, please hire more staff. There is an even longer line for self checkout.

Solid place to go for groceries and whatever other general supplies you need. I wish they didn't have a McDonald's or those gross roaster chickens it stinks so bad walking in there from both

There is always plenty of register open that matters to me. However stop moving the store around just when I find something you move it then I have to go on a hunt for my supplies. Very clean store and bathrooms.

Not surprised, not helpful staff, to busy 'doing their job' you actually help customers. Deli counter. Got pawned off on 3 different people before we got help. ~read realy Honestly. Store was clean, shelves being stocked. Everything looked ok. -2 on hiring people with enough people skills to say hello to you. Or hello back when you ask a question. What happened to customer courtesy? Hire people whi can say hello. A smile dramatically changes the shopping experience.
