This was the worse experience I have ever had at this Post office. It was an Asian Lady at the counter, and I had four sets of mail to mail out. The first one she just took and threw it without me even going over it with her. The second she got mixed up because she misunderstood me THREE times and was rushing me, where I was the only one in there at the time. And lastly, the pen was not working on the envelope so I had to use another envelope to fix the ink because it smeared everywhere. So, she CHARGED me for an extra envelope because THEY did not have the proper pen that worked. We went back and forth 3x to get the address right.
She was rushing me; she resisted what I was trying to convey to her. She was rude, and above all, she accused me of cursing at her? I asked for her supervisor, and she YELLED that she is the only one there. I did not curse her at all. Extremely uncomfortable experience. That is not a mentally stable counter person.

The woman working at the counter is beyond rude!!! Never as a paying customer have I been talked to the way she was speaking to me. If you can't give good customer service than you shouldn't be working with customers.

I believe the post office these two negative comments are talking about is in East Earl, less than a mile away because I go out of my way to come here at 1058 Main Street just to avoid the negativity at the other branch. The lady here is the most helpful person I have ever come across

0 star reviewI’ve had a lot of bad experiences and finally decided to leave a review.I understand it’s a tough job, but I don’t think that’s a good enough excuse to be agitated with your customers.Show some kindness and basic customer service please!

I had an experience there. I went to this branch to mail a letter. All I need is a stamp. The clerk came up, never greeted me or anything. When I told him that I want to mail a letter, he only said the price. With every letter that I mailed, they mail it for me. Not this time. He placed the stamp on my letter, not even bother of peeling it off and placed it on the letter. He then shoved the letter towards me in a rude manner. This was very unprofessional and I'll probably go to another branch than go back to that one again. He needs a lesson in Customer Service.
