“Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.
He has explained changes it in the Insurance world that I have asked questions about, thoroughly. He has held in person appointments.
His staff, also reflects his high standards. I will always use him and I recommend him without reservation.”

I came in for License resolution after not being able to get answers and the run around by Penndot and other license service spots. She took a moment from her busy day to assist me, saw my frustration, and helped me get the answers I couldn’t find after numerous of attempts elsewhere. Kathleen was professional, caring about my situation, a delight to deal with just an absolute sweetheart.

“Going to Pastore for titling and registration was the best decision I could’ve made. They were extremely responsive and helpful walking me through what was needed. In addition, they helped arrange for inspection near by and their insurance rates were the best I found.Seriously would give them 10 out of 5 stars. If you need to register/title/insure your car there’s not a better place in the biz. I came away from what should be a painful experience extremely happy and educated. Simply the best.”

“I started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.”

My insurance premium went up 35% and Connor Gress and JB Bowes found me a policy that was $1,000+ less then my renewal premium for the exact same coverage. Quite frankly, I couldn't believe it!
