We stayed at the AVE from May- August of 2025. Without question it was the most enjoyable summer we have ever experienced. The facilities and accommodations are first class and the staff is terrific. From Sharaz and Julie at the front desk to Nicole and Tonia in the offices, the staff members made us always feel welcomed. They did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. It’s no wonder that the words used by long time residents, when asked about living at the AVE, is “it’s easy”. We would like to thank all of the staff for their ongoing support, assistance, kindness and professional attitudes during our stay. We highly recommend the AVE to anyone interested in a first class rental property.

I've been living here for a year now and this place is awesome. Super clean, good community, nice amenities, and professional staff. Residents all seem to be good people. This is a nice place if you enjoy privacy and security. School districts are good around here too so I've seen people raising families here. Maintenance issues and work orders are fast if there's any issues - kind and professional maintenance team. I'm always amazed how there are so many residents, but somehow the staff remember's my name, my room number and even random stuff I tell them about myself during conversation. Special shout-out to Sheraz, Julie and Nicoleta for always talking with me and helping out with any issues. They really do make you feel special. Monthly events are also fun and great for building community. Highly recommend living here!

AVE Blue Bell has been amazing addressing my short term housing needs. The building is nice and well kept with plenty of amenities for work and personal use. Sheraz, Nicole and the rest of the staff go above and beyond and have been a pleasure in helping me settle in.

My family has been staying at The AVE since it opened in 2020. It’s an amazing place to live! The staff are extraordinary! My family has gotten close to all the staff and maintenance team! We absolutely adore Sheraz, Julie, Grethel, Nicolette and Martin! We just signed another annual lease because we can’t imagine living anywhere else!!!!

Happy at THE AVE. SHERAZ and Nicole are always extremely helpful when I venture to front desk area, once in a blue moon. They are polite,professional also. These are two individuals who seem to be there when I venture to the office.

I recently toured the apt complex "AVE Blue Bell" at first glance it's amazing. But as I was shown the complex it really was not well maintained and worth the exception high rents. Hallways, Floor Moldings and Wall Corners were marked, chipped and dented. Several doors were damaged. Outside furniture was
either damaged, dirty or stained. The Furniture was cheap and the outdoor umbrellas were very small. The pool was supposedly heated but was cold to the touch. The apartments were very nice but appliances were the entry level products. The staff was very nice and accommodating and very polite. In summery beautiful but not worth the high rental price. Shame this complex has a lot of potential if the owner were not so cheap.

"I couldn't be happier with the decision to sell my condo and move here permanently. Thanks to Sophia's expertise, I was able to find an excellent apartment with not just one but two walk-in closets. This has allowed me to finally bring my clothes and furniture out of storage and enjoy the space I deserve. I have been living here since January and the sense of community, convenience, and comfort I feel here is unparalleled. I am confident that this is the best decision for me, and I am grateful for Sophia's assistance in making it happen.

I recently just moved to AVE a little over a week ago after first touring the location a few months ago. Sophia guided me through the entire process, from the initial tour to the move in, and has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am impressed by the attention to detail that the staff members at AVE Blue Bell exhibit; it greatly reflects in the residential experience thus far. So far, it's been a great place to live, with many amenities and qualities that make life easier.

We have been here for a little over a week now and have been absolutely floored by everything and everyone here at Ave. Sophia has been amazing with us from the start and has been so proactive with anything we have needed along with everyone else. We are so excited to call this our home.
