In 2014, Bern helped us sell a condo and buy a house, and she was by far the most skilled realtor that we worked with or met.
Between then and 2024 we dropped her name to multiple friends, all of which came back and said she was amazing.
At the beginning of 2024 we decided we were on the move again, and Bern was the first and only realtor we contacted. She knows the area. She knows the mortgage companies. She knows the other realtors. She knows the inspectors, the contractors, the whole shebang. She is tech-savvy, gets back to you almost immediately, stays on top of the paperwork, and provides you with all the tools and information you need to make good decisions.
In this seller’s market it took us far longer to find a house than it did to sell ours, but just as she was in 2014 (when it took 9 months for us to find a house and another 9 months to sell ours) she was always patient, respectful, and fun. We got the right amount for the house we sold, both closings went smoothly, and Bern was a joy to work with at every step.

We were referred to Bernadette from a neighbor when we were looking for a realtor. Our neighbor could not contain her enthusiasm so we decided to meet with Bernadette. Her response time is immediate, her perpetration for the meeting was very thorough. We were impressed from the start. We signed up with her on our first meeting and our home was listed and sold in less than a month. Bernadette does not miss a beat. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home.

Bern is a delight to work with. She is thoughtful, quick to respond, honest, hard working, the perfect combination of fun and no nonsense, and goes the extra mile for her clients. She will not waste your time and will genuinely be your advocate. Bern is a fountain of knowledge and experience. Her many years of work in the Philadelphia area makes her valuable beyond estimation!
We have worked with Bern two different times. Once to sell and once to buy. For buying, we were living overseas at the time and needed someone we really trusted to make huge judgements for us. We were not able to see any of the properties in person, so we relied on Bern's honesty and opinions to help us decide. We found a fantastic house for our family in a difficult and competitive market and that would have been impossible without Bern and her all around honesty and capabilities. Thank you, Bern!

Bern is the absolute best real estate agent! She was so amazing throughout every step of the process. Whether buying or selling (both in our case), Bern is on top of absolutely everything related to the entire buying/selling of your home, and she doesn't let anything slip by. She was in constant communication with all involved parties, was proactive in every step of the process, and she works tirelessly - I don't know how she does it all!
Not all real estate agents are created equal. Bern stands high above the rest, and I would never, ever consider using a different real estate agent. She helped us buy our first home in 2010, then sell that home in 2024 while also buying a home at the same time.
Bern's experience and real estate savvy allow her to navigate every situation expertly, and she can predict every other potential buyer or seller's true intentions and potential pitfalls. I was constantly amazed at how well Bern accurately predicted what will happen, and she was just so right about everything - it's incredible. Bern steered us down the corrects paths at every turn, and ALWAYS had our best interests in mind. She will fight for you and what you want, all while upholding her very high ethics.
Bern Robinson is a 1st ballot Hall of Famer for real estate agents. Our family is forever grateful for how truly amazing Bern is and how she treated our family and our home - she is our family's guardian angel!

Bern is the best! She helped us with purchasing our first home 8 years ago and we knew after that experience we would want to work with her again in the future. Bernadette Robinson was a pleasure to work with when finding our first home! As first time buyers, we were continuously looking to Bern for her advice and guidance. Updating after I sold my house with Bern. She helped me buy my house in 2020 and she just helped me sell that same house in 2023. Again, 5 stars, and I would give more if I could! I highly recommend Bern for all your real estate needs. Shes great!From start to finish, Bern was an absolute gem in helping me find my first home. She was 100% responsive with every request, from starting with seeing houses in the beginning up until even after closing on my house. There were a few hurdles we had to jump through to get to the end, and Bern was on point through all of them, making sure I was happy throughout the entire process, even through the stress of first time home buying! I can't say enough good about Bern as my real estate agent. If you are buying or selling, do yourself a favor and hire her as your agent. You won't regret it!

In 2006 Bernadette helped my husband and I find the perfect home for us as first time buyers. She was honest, understanding, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
