today was my first time at Ace Hardware in Blue Bell. Lenny was amazingly helpful and friendly. He fixed a lamp while I waited, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely go back to this store!

Over the weekend, one of the windows in my house was shattered by a falling bird feeder. The glass pane is large and non-standard sized. Lenny at Ace Hardware in Blue Bell went above and beyond in cutting a new pane and ensuring it fit the frame perfectly. Much appreciated.

They go above and beyond!!!!
Starting from Ji at the front desk to Lenny and Dan the manager! They are knowledgeable friendly welcoming! I can count on them for many of my home repair needs! It is so refreshing to see a group of employees who love their jobs!! Because of them I will return again and again!!

Nice neighborhood hardware store, they seem to have everything the 2 big guys don't have. The only thing stopping me from rating 5 starts is because there is a good likelihood that the poison working the register will wonder off and you can stand for 10 minutes some time waiting to check out. Otherwise they are great

In Spring I redid a bathroom in my home. Because of moisture I wanted a real good paint and Benjamin Moore was highly recommended to me. Off to the Aubuchon on Rte 38S in Tewksbury I go
I found color I wanted made my purchases and went home. Next day painter I hired completed job while I was at work. When I got home I find this ungodly shade of Teal far from what I had chosen; it is gross. I have been trying to get my money back for supplies as well as fee I paid painter because it has to be repainted. I have called several times and spoken to John in paint department being told I need to speak with store manager who conveniently is never there. Fee to paint $300. (which I supplied receipt to John) and supplies. Total around $410.00. Now I would like to be reimbursed.

I had a fantastic experience at Blue Bell Ace Hardware today, thanks to Paul! I was struggling to find the right screws for my project and feeling a bit overwhelmed, but Paul was incredibly helpful. He patiently listened to what I needed, quickly understood the type of screws that would work best, and then guided me directly to them. He even offered a few tips for my project, which I really appreciated. Paul's knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit a breeze. I highly recommend seeking him out if you need assistance!

I was helped out by an associate named Paul he helped me greatly with an order for a specialized plumbing part. The stores atmosphere is very warm and welcoming as the people inside.
