We confidently chose Brett as our realtor for a recent condo sale. She is the consummate professional. Very efficient, highly experienced, and right on top of all the details from her introduction and guidance, all the way through to the final settlement. Professional photos were taken and posted with the property listing. The listing price was determined accurately and we were able to obtain and accept an excellent offer within just a couple of days. The settlement process went very smoothly. We highly recommend Brett.

I would highly recommend Brett! My wife and I were searching for a buyer's agent online and found Brett. We were happy we chose her. Brett is very knowledgeable about the Blue Bell area where we were looking. She explained everything to us very clearly, which was helpful as first time home buyers. She was in constant communication with us and was always very prompt to reply to us. Once we found a place we wanted to buy, Brett helped us negotiate with the seller. She got us a good deal, which was very impressive in this early 2022 market, where it is rare to find an opportunity. We would definitely work with Brett again!

My father passed in March 2021 and I was left in charge of his estate, and decided to sell his house, my childhood home. Brett was a blessing to me during such a difficult time. She is knowledgeable, dependable, professional, and committed to pouring her time and energy into helping you achieve the best outcome. Brett sold 3 of our houses over 20 years and helped us purchase one. She was always there when we needed her, responding to our questions and concerns. She was able to negotiate what we wanted, both in selling and buying. Over the years, her integrity and professionalism never wavered. It was my privilege to refer her to many other clients because I knew they would not be disappointed. Her sense of style brings great staging suggestions for maximum benefits in the bottom line. My only regret is that we moved out of state and won't be able to use her in our next transaction.

Working with Brett to purchase my first home was the best decision ever. I really had no idea what I wanted so I was all over place - different sizes, styles, locations, etc. Brett was incredibly patient and kind showing me a huge number of houses trying to hone in on what I wanted. After several weeks, I was feeling dejected that I hadn’t found “the one”. Brett convinced me to look at one more house she picked out. It was very cute and when I stepped inside I knew it was going to be my new home.Brett’s ability to know what I wanted better than I did was so impressive. I cannot imagine ever working with anyone else.Brett’s extensive knowledge and great sense of humor made the whole process wonderful!!
