Some people complain about the service but frankly they are extremely busy. The people are wonderful. I wish I could remember all their names. Jean, Dave, Stanley, I forget the pharmacist name. She’s great. And another technician.. she’s been so helpful to me.

Do not use this location’s pharmacy. They’ve been understaffed for years and are filling stat prescription orders in 24 hours as opposed to, well, ASAP. If you’re waiting for a pain med, following surgery, expect to be in pain for the first 24 hours. To top it off, the pharmacist is rude and borderline incompetent. Getting through to pharmacy staff on the phone is near impossible and once you do, you’ll be told that you didn’t do it correctly so shame on you. The automated system told me my prescription would be available at 11:24, but at 11:30 the automated system said my prescription will be available at 12:30. When I reached the pharmacist, she said it’s be available around 2:30, sometime after their lunch. These individual employees might not be bad people but CVS is an absolute disaster. I’ve tried over five different CVS locations in my local area and they all are disgustingly abysmal. Stay away from CVS if at all possible.

Has been our go to pharmacy for decades. Not they can't fill the simplest Rx's in less than days. And if I had to take an educated guess, they do not start filling it until you show up and demand to wait for it. I've never seen anything like it. 3 hours ago they said it would be 20 min.... Left and came back and still isn't filled. And it's full bottle, nothing to even count out. Insanity. Switching pharmacies

I was just disconnected after being on hold for 49 minutes. They messed up on an important prescription and I need to speak to the pharmacist about their error and have them put in the prescription asap. This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable when it comes to people's health and wellbeing. Worst pharmacy I have EVER used. This is just the straw that broke the camels back. They forgot that respect for fellow human beings goes a long way. I wasted an hour of my day and still have not resolved their issue! Time to switch pharmacies!

Don’t go to this pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s just chronic understaffing or whatever else the problem might be, but it takes forever for a prescription to be filled despite it being in stock. If I want it on time, I have to show up and wait for it. This has been a gradually worsening problem and it’s to the point now that I’m switching to Walgreens today.

They now takes days to fill prescriptions when before it was within 2 hours. The pharmacy staff is attentive but after asking the pharmacist they said they're understaffed.

I have been attempting to use their automated system for 2 weeks. It never works. I have tried calling them Nd have been on hold in 2 weeks over 10 hours, unable ti get a person. The Co sisterly fill scripts I don't want and ones I need, they never get right. They have filled script to pills n creams I have not used in years. Attempted to get it corrected and to make Long story short, has a pharmacists tell me I am a liar. I cannot use cvs any longer for anything, pharmacy or other. Their supposed function, is to fill acrips, check for drug interactions, and provide care They fail in all 3 areas. Transferred all my scripts to rite aid. Cvs has lost my family and our business.on a permanent basis.

It's not the store employees, but the upper management who are inept. It is across the board all CVS pharmacies have bad reviews since they are very understaffed and looking at the employees you know they are not happy with how their customers are treated.

I used Walgreens for years, but they were no longer preferred by my insurance. Never ever had a problem with them. I tried RiteAid and they were horrible. CVS was the next closest and a few months after transferring my prescriptions, I find CVS worse than RiteAid. I am disabled and needed to pick up a prescription quickly. I called them at 10:00am, spoke to the pharmacist who said he would have it ready at noon. I go to the drive through and it's closed. I have to go in. Again, my disability requires me to use a cane. I get in and the line is 10 people deep and only one cashier. After 30+ minutes, I get up to the front and get a bag with my prescriptions. There were four to pick up. I get to my car, open the big bag and only one prescription is there. Not even the one I needed quickly. Now I have to go back in and stand in line again. It's now 30-40 minutes in line. I get back to the front and I find out the others are not ready. I flipped out and said I would wait and sat down. She starts closing the gate because it's lunch time. Again, I flipped out and told her NOT until I get what was supposed to be ready 90 minutes ago. I had her get the pharmacist and let him have it too. She started looking again and found the remaining prescriptions. I swear it was a horrible experience. They need more help. I had a doctor call in for a prescription today. I got a message from CVS that it would be available for pick up this afternoon. As I was getting in my car, after waiting at home for a few hours, I got a message that they didn't have it and would need to order it. This store stinks!!

Had the opposite experience of the reviews so far. Note: Aside from reviews left in January and November, the rest are +2 years old.Prescription was sent here, and available on time.Friendly staff. Interacted with (1) a staffer for a passport photo (and the photography equipment was present and worked), and (2) with a staffer at the pharmacy. Had to wait a bit to chat with the pharmacy since the customer in front of me had a lot of questions. When it was finally my turn, the staffer looked apologetic.Clean and well-stocked suburban CVS. Easy lot parking.

Unreliable for meds. My doctor sent in a prescription that CVS promised to fill same day. Didn't have it ready until a few days later. My daughter's doctor sent in a prescription that was supposed to be ready same day. When my wife got there to pick it up it was out of stock and they said they contacted my number to inform me. I never got any communication. Went back again later and they suddenly had the meds. The first person failed to check the correct SKU/part number.
