Without fail the worst CVS Pharmacy in the area. They won't fill the scripts all day, don't text you when they're ready and when they do say they're ready you come in an wait while they actually fill them.On multiple occasions they report that they have not even received the script until I have the doctor's office call them to confirm they in fact received it hours earlier. I've used this CVS since before they built the new Wawa but never again - it's gone downhill remarkably in the last 2-3 years.

I made an appointment here online for Covid testing. I showed up at 10:00 am as scheduled and was told by pharmacy "oh we aren't set up for that can we call you back?" She wrote my number down on some scrap paper which I am assuming she lost since it has now been almost 4 hours since my appointment time.

Since 5 years I was trying to get to have a good service from the pharmacy team. Time wasted on people with 0 human relationships knowledge and 0 customers services care. Today I'm done and moving to another pharmacy. I spent the week back and forth to try to get my autoimmune disease drugs and that because my doctor changed the dosage. the employees were very condescendant and rude and acting as if I was bored and trying to get some distractions at a pharmacy. anyway the atmosphere in this pharmacy has been always hostile and unwelcoming to the sick costumer who are forced to deal with them. Frequent responses from this cvs is system don't show anything / It's not ready comeback tomorrow / call your doctor and their trademark smiling is a disease.

Horrible rude staff. Manager pulled the cash drawer way before close and they refused to ring me out. The employee told me " the manager is leaving exactly at close and she's not giving her a cash drawer

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Surly and incompetent staff believe that you are beneath them. Twelve hours after my doctor put in an electronic script I called to see if it had been filled. The pharmacist could not have been more rude or less helpful. I am concerned that he will give me an improper medication or dose. This is the single worst pharmacy in the area. Do you don't want to trust them with your family's medication.

I should have checked the reviews the later at the pharmacy window was so unprofessional and had a horrible attitude. You work there I do not. She does not have the personality to work where she does you need more kind, patient and compassionate people and she lacks that. I am not the type to leave a complaint but she is so horrible I will leave one everywhere. Do not go here for your pharmacy needs!

Used this CVS for the first time for a COVID test and the pharmacist was extremely rude. She said I did not complete the questions online and kept saying it over and over again. She was totally incorrect as I did follow the instructions online and even uploaded by insurance card. It accepted everything and I printed out a code. The online scheduling gives you issues as I have used previously and had some problems. She than proceeded to hand me the test like I knew exactly what I should do and was acting aggravated and saying things super nasty and not courteous at all. I could not wait to get away from her and I will never ever come back to that CVS.

Have had multiple prescriptions with this pharmacy for over 3 years. This pharmacy has become a train wreck. Most of the staff has no idea what they're doing, they have no/low stock on important prescriptions that are back ordered for a week or more, hours are impossible to verify (especially on holidays) as the website/app don't have store specific hours. Avoid this pharmacy and CVS in general.

I've been going to this CVS since I was in middle school and several of my family members are regulars. It's an above average pharmacy and I'm grateful I've had it nearby. The service from the pharmacy is pretty good. Pharmacy counters are often cesspools of terrible service since they're in the overlapping part of the Venn diagram of things that involve health insurance, are tightly regulated, have employees endowed with strange power and uncomfortable responsibility, are subject to the hassles of day-to-day retail, etc. But, over twenty years, including very recently, we've had almost all good experiences and none as bafflingly bad as I've found commonplace at many pharmacies. The retail store has a nice selection and covers all of the bases you'd expect. The aisles and sections are well labeled and the layout is fairly intuitive, so you can find what you need even if you're the mix of confused, tired, and stressed out that one sometimes is when searching a drug store. In addition to medicines and toiletries, they have a lot of the odds, ends, seasonal items, and conveniences that sometimes draw one to a CVS. And, the checkout counter staff are generally pretty pleasant and try to be helpful. As of this writing, the overall star rating for this store seems unfairly low. I'm sure that the reviewers who gave bad ratings due to a bad experience are telling the truth... I've had my share of bad reviews pharmacy experiences, and I'm sure this location isn't immune to them... but, I don't think those are reflective of the norm at this store, where across countless visits the vast majority of our experiences have been great, and where even when there have been challenges with, say, coordinating with a doctor's office or insurance company, they've been competent and willing to be helpful.

Pharmacy cashier was rude to every customer he helped. Pharmacist was pleasent with me, however seemed annoyed by other customers asking her questions about OTC medications. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I took a drive through Covid test here that was supposed to be 2-3 days for results. When I logged into the MyChart site to see my results it kept saying it was pending. The website has NO place to ask a question, phone number, nothing I could do to inquire about status. I believe this is deliberate, and a dis-service to folks who want to get tested through their minute clinic care. Nine (9) days later, I got my test results. With a text at 3:40 AM in the morning that my results were in. What a waste. If I had paid for this, I would have demanded my money back. That being said, the fact that my insurance company paid for this test is a travesty. I'm not a big backer of insurance companies, but if they are paying CVS for this worthless/time riddled test, they should stop.

Atrociously rude filling my script. Or should I say for the millionth time they were out of the script I needed, as per usual I asked if Lansdale would have it instead (they almost always have whatever I need in that scenario). Was cut off at every pass and almost hung up on when I asked to switch my other currently waiting prescriptions over there because why would I want to drive to two different stores 15 minutes apart? I had already been waiting 4 days for my insurance to process a prior authorization and couldn't afford to wait any longer now that it went through, I don't know why that warrants a rude response. Lansdale actually called me to tell me about a coupon I should print and bring to take my copay down, now that's customer service. I'm done with Blue Bell.

I came to this location every now and then when I was attending Montco down the road, and a few times when I needed to print out some pictures. All decent experiences, didn't have a problem then. I stopped in a hour ago to pick up a few items, and the associate behind the counter looked as if she didn't want to be there. She seemed happy but it was the sort of forced happy like she HAD to be rather than WANTED to be. It was pretty akaward, same with the other customers in the store which arent part of the store i know but it all have off a pretty weird vibe. The store is on the corner of 202 and West Skippack Pike, and the Skippack Pike exit is tough to get out of going left or right regardless of the time of day. Luckily on the other side of Wawa next door there is a light on 202. Overall this is a pretty standard CVS pharmacy and it will meet all your needs product wise with decent parking, but location wise and employee wise it encourages to shop elsewhere.

I had a problem wih filling a prescription that I had to elevate to CVS customer service. The pharmacy staff was very rude to their own customer service people. My prescription issue is not resolved. I had to file a formal complaint with CVS corporate. Pharmacy staff not helpful.
