terrible service from this one woman named gale, asked for a refund for my prescription, that my insurance covers. Gave attitude to anyone she helped , honestly doesn't deserve to be here.

The staff at CVS truly deserves more credit for their service, especially considering the challenging task of dealing with multiple unruly customers on a daily basis. Their professionalism and patience in handling difficult situations reflect their dedication to providing a positive experience for all patrons. Kudos to the staff for their commendable efforts in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere despite the challenges they face.

CVS would need to send Nicki the manager to all other stores to give that type of training that they need to make sure every customer fill at home when they come through those doors. Thank you Nicki for helping me find the product that I needed. I will always make that my store to come get anything and not go to any other store.Thank you Nicki I really appreciate the assistance!!

I know this will sound silly, but I visited this CVS recently to find one specific item: bath bombs. I wasn't sure if they would carry them, but I knew it wouldn't hurt to look. When I arrived, I was able to find an associate very quickly and she was able to take me to the correct aisle for what I was looking for. I was very impressed, and appreciative. I have had numerous good experiences at this location, and the staff have been consistently knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, I usually find CVS's a bit overpriced for what they carry, but what I got during my visit was actually pretty reasonably priced, so I appreciated that. Keep up the good work everyone, and thank you for your service!

Tried to pick up meds was told I couldnt because it was sent up the street to other location. So the next day I get there at 559 they close at 6. She/manager?(,seemed very scared of me)? said do you think she could have you out by 6? Before I could answer she answered herself saying, no we are close. Then she informed me the other cvs could've giving it to me. But still she told me come back tomorrow. I had her transfer my script to the other store. I get there the next day they tell me they have yet to even order it and there is nowhere even close to go pick it up. But wait the script was sent in days ago. So they wait for you to come in on three different occasions then say we have to order it?What the what.?I believe this is the worst place. Gotta go for my third trip today. If this is how?we treat each other today? Wait for it. God dont like ugly and cares less for beauty.

Awful experience with this pharmacy. I was trying to fill a prescription for a prep for a colonoscopy. They would not fill it, saying the script, from the Dr’s office, on their letterhead was not sufficient. This was after 3 trips. I went to Rite Aid and Walgreens and both said they would fill the prescription. I will never shop at this CVS again.

Awful service. I produced a script from my Dr for a colonoscopy. They wouldn't honor it, said they needed more. This is an important procedure and they refused my script. To show his ludicrous, my wife produced the exact same script two weeks ago and it was honored, (can't make it up) I will give my business to Walgreens or Rite Aid. Extremely disappointed in CVS.

Absolutely the worst service around. Can't call, they do not answer the phone. They do not keep you informed. They do not message you when things are ready or show on the app. Just all around terrible. Shoutout to Isabelle for being particularly rude and also not helpful whatsoever.Waited in line for an hour (just this time, was drive thru. I've waited an hour plus for normal things all most weekly)Just for them to close promptly at 8:00 even though I was at the window for a whole 15 minutes before closing time. In line for an hour.I've passed on this review for months because I felt bad because they are short staffed. No excuses anymore.

I have been with CVS store #3011 at 1799 Dekalb Pike Blue Bell PA 19422 for over 9 years. I am extremely upset at this Pharmacy for never having enough staff. They never answer the phones. I have been trying to get a person on their phone for 2 days. Never answer their phone. I called the front of the store and Brian answered. He said that the pharmacy is under staffed and he couldn't help me.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I am ready to change to a different company all together.

Has been our go to pharmacy for decades. Not they can't fill the simplest Rx's in less than days. And if I had to take an educated guess, they do not start filling it until you show up and demand to wait for it. I've never seen anything like it. 3 hours ago they said it would be 20 min.... Left and came back and still isn't filled. And it's full bottle, nothing to even count out. Insanity. Switching pharmacies

I was just disconnected after being on hold for 49 minutes. They messed up on an important prescription and I need to speak to the pharmacist about their error and have them put in the prescription asap. This is absolutely terrible and unacceptable when it comes to people's health and wellbeing. Worst pharmacy I have EVER used. This is just the straw that broke the camels back. They forgot that respect for fellow human beings goes a long way. I wasted an hour of my day and still have not resolved their issue! Time to switch pharmacies!

I dropped off a prescription and was told it would be ready in an hour. I returned in 2 hours, waited in the drive thru for an additional 25 min to be told my prescription wouldn’t be ready for another 1/2 hour, I explained that I didn’t live close and needed the medication, after I waited at the window the technician returned and told me the prescription was ready but needed to be checked by the pharmacist and she had stepped out to use the bathroom! He requested that I go around and get back in the drive thru line which was now 5 cars long! What kind of games are they playing with peoples health?????

This pharmacy is a nightmare. It takes them a week to fill an “auto refill”. Went w/o a very common Blood Pressure meds for 5 days. Can never get thru to them on phone - sit on hold waiting for a human at least 15-20 minutes - one time 45 minutes! Drove to the store still on hold, put on speaker & showed them the timer. They shrugged it off, said they “were busy”.I am forced to use CVS b/c of my insurance. Otherwise I’d be back at Walgreens. Never had this problem with them.
