The lady in the pharmacy is quite rude. The last thing someone wants to deal with when they’re sick is a rude individual when picking up their medication.

This location and most CVS locations are tremendously under staffed due to paying stupidly low selfish wages. As a result shelves are empty, floors unswept and lines too long.

After receiving a text from this CVS that they were working on my Rx, I was awaiting word that my Rx had been filled. After a week I stopped in. I was told that I needed to complete a profile for them to order it. I asked why no one had contacted me about the form, considering they obviously had my cell number, and she admitted they had my home phone too. Of course, the clerk I spoke with had no idea why no contact, I will be dealing with Evergreen Pharmacy exclusively from now on. CVS just doesn't care.

Had to pick up prescription yesterday at opening and women was rude when I asked if I should provide the pickup ID number, as she knew I was sick and backed away like I had the plague, even though I had a mask on and was in a car. Her counterpart then proceeded to laugh as he was checking me out. Um, this is a PHARMACY. People are sick. Unbelievable to be made to feel that way. Grow up. CVS in general is terrible. Only visited as a last resort.

Misty the store manager was unprofessional and rude. No customer should have to deal with a hostile environment and she is very rude and nasty. I was a regular customer but I definitely not anymore
