“Called from out of state to order flowers for a funeral. Tracy took my call and was patient and helpful . I was ordering a spray from the website. However, Tracy informed me some of the flowers pictured were not available. But after describing what I liked about that arrangement, and the favorite colors and flowers of the deceased, she said she would take care of me. I saw a photo of the flower arrangement today and it was so incredibly beautiful. I am very, very pleased with Tracy’s efforts. Thank you!”

“I want to give them 5 stars, but there was a little hiccup. I will say that the flowers turned out lovely, but the delivery was later than expected. I did make a short notice heart arrangement for a funeral since I ordered on Sunday for today, but I did call in advance before I ordered it to ensure they had the time to do it. I called yesterday to confirm it will be delivered on time since I said the mass started at 10 so they said 8:30 delivery, but I got a call from family that it did not arrive until about 9:30 during the visitation hour. I’m just happy it arrived before the mass started. It was beautifully arranged for a beautiful person. It was stressful trying to order quickly from California, but I’m glad I was able to find this place”
