I very highly recommend Gina D’Orazio based on our experience working with her to sell our property. She impressed us from our first meeting and very quickly helped us develop a plan. She was knowledgeable about the overall market and the area in which the property was located. Gina was always very responsive with questions that I had, and it allowed us to move quickly through the process from getting ready for sale through negotiation and closing. Overall, we appreciated her professionalism and expertise, and recommend her to others!

Gina did a fantastic job, she functioned as a project coordinator throughout the process. She made sure we delivered what we needed to keep the process going smoothly and talked us through all of our options. We ended up doing some creative options in our offer as well that was untraditional, but inevitably ended up getting us the house we wanted. We owe a lot to Gina and she was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process!

Gina D'Orazio was truly exceptional. From start to finish the process was seamless and quick. She was very knowledgeable and focused on selling our home. I was impressed with how easy the paperwork was, from the initial sellers disclosure, to the listing description to the closing documents, she walked us through it all with confidence. She made her self available throughout the whole process and we never had to wait for her to respond, she kept in touch daily with next steps and a timeline of what to expect.
