The business is multifaceted and helps with a diverse set of needs including: healthcare policies, automobile insurance, homeowner insurance, auto registration and sales, and notary work. I always find John pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all these services. John has been a tremendous resource for me on each of these types of policies, and he always goes above what is needed exceeding expectations, providing excellent advice and providing solutions to issues that arose that I did not expect him to be able to help with. I have worked with other agents in the past and would put John and Lansdale Fast Tags in the top percentile of any such office.β

On the third day Courtney took her time to explain my documents so that I fully understood where the mishap was. She was very kind and patient with me. She also assisted me with my initial request.β

βHello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards.
He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times.
He has explained changes it in the Insurance world that I have asked questions about, thoroughly. He has held in person appointments.
His staff, also reflects his high standards. I will always use him and I recommend him without reservation.β

The Allstate Drivewise app they make you use is annoying but if it saves me additional money I can live with it.β
βColette was a life saver. Got to me when I needed a new insurance provider on a Saturday morning. Absolutely lovely experience. Was really frustrated with the self servicing system and she did everything for me. Very quick and explained everything I wasnβt sure about, and did not feel like I was being upsold. Ended up getting an amazing quote much cheaper than competition and really felt like I had a solid agent have my back. Like a good neighbor, Colette was there. :)β

Their rates are lower and she answered all my questions by phone and email as i had many questions being my first time switching providers. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and great at explaining things. A+!β
βI am totally happy with the service I receive from Wasserman Agency. They pay attention to your needs, find the right insurance company for you, and take the time to explain your coverage so that you fully understand it. My insurance premium went up 35% and Connor Gress and JB Bowes found me a policy that was $1,000+ less then my renewal premium for the exact same coverage. Quite frankly, I couldn't believe it! Connor, JB, and Theresa Herr are very pleasant and professional, and I highly recommend that you talk to them before you pay your next premium.β
βHad to file a claim for the first time in 60 years. They were helpful, guided me through the steps and processed the claim efficiently. Very pleased with their service.β

βI started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.β
