Overall ok experience, hair stylist ( level2) friendly but wasn’t as experienced with color. ( overpriced for the service provided) lack of communication on the service and pricing.
Will try other service in the future

Always a great experience! My stylist Kat is wonderful. Lupe does a fantastic job with washing my hair, very relaxing!

Asian man who works there is a racist and racially profiled me when all I wanted to do was ask how much a manicure was and do they take walk ins he said I was soliciting and would call the cops if I don’t leave do not go here to get your nails done at all

Loved Jocelyn, she did a great job on my hair both cut and color. Definitely will be back to see her.
Not a great experience with eyebrow waxing though and was a bit surprised as this was my first time trialing eyebrow waxing there.

This was my first time at Jolie Salon and my first time using Sheena! Sheena is so professional and friendly that the time flew by (although I’m sure it was tedious work for her)! I had not gotten highlights in 3 years and these are without the best color I’ve ever had. I wanted a trim with lots of layers and Sheena executed it perfectly. My hair has so much more movement and life. I’m thrilled with my results and will definitely be a return customer!!

I had my bridal hair and makeup done at Jolie and couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. The staff was incredible and my hair and makeup was everything I hoped for. Layla (makeup) and Erika (hair) were phenomenal and I couldn't recommend the salon more!

Sheena was awesome. This was my first time at Jolie Salon, and it will not be my last. Sheena gave me exactly what I wanted. I left feeling like I had just spent an hour catching up with a friend. I cannot say enough good things about her and my experience. Highly recommend!

Words cannot express how amazing this salon is if you are looking for talented, caring, and very welcoming stylists. Amy is the best. She really listened to what I was looking for, provided her expert opinion and I couldn't be happier with the results.
