Julia is great! She accommodated our difficult schedule so we could view the property and not only showed us the condo, she took us all over the community and the clubhouse. Subsequent to the Agreement of Sale, she assisted greatly in scheduling our move-in and the co-ordination of the closing. We couldn't have been more pleased with her.

Let me begin by writing that this was my first experience as the seller of a home. It was also an emotional experience for me as the home belonged to my deceased brother. Before choosing an agent, I consciously made a mental note of homes in the neighborhood that were up for sale and who the agent was. I noticed that Julia Cooper’s name was on quite a few of the For Sale signs. So, when I thought I was ready to put my home up for sale, I called Julia. I was so glad I did. Julia was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the market. She came to my home and gave me excellent direction as to staging the home. Julia contacted me on a regular basis to discuss my progress but allowed me to proceed at my own pace. Julia brought in a photographer to take pictures and create a video. The listing was amazing. Once the home was on the market, Julia always discussed the feedback with me and we decided together if we should make changes and how we should proceed. There were a few blips along the way but Julia always remained calm, patient and professional. She helped me stay focused on the task at hand. Julia always kept me informed during the bidding process. She did a great job handling the buyers who turned out to be somewhat of a challenge. Julia got me through closing. Julia is truly a kind and good person. It was a pleasure working with her.

We really appreciate Julia’s help on selling our house so so quickly, efficiently. She did wonderful job on house description, photos, house decorations for showing. Besides, Julia effectively made decisions, negotiated sale price and handled well after contract, Julia also made closing traction process so easy for us, we did not have to travel far to go to sign paper on closing date, and we can chose a date and location to sign closing documents. Julia Cooper is outstanding. Most recently she listed and then swiftly sold our parents' condominium - at full price. She is very skilled, seasoned and professional. She knows what she's doing. For example, within just a few days of signing the listing agreement Julia arranged for a highly flattering video of the property and photographs to be posted with the listing. It was extremely well done. We had a signed contract within 10-14 days. Then, she capably handled every detail/issue that came up, all the way through closing. She's top-notch, and we recommend her without reservation.
