Mary is a true star! She guided me through the entire process of prepping, listing, showing and selling the property. She is knowledgeable, reliable and very detail oriented. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

Mary helped us out tremendously, and she was there for us every step of the way. We were faced with the challenge of moving my mom out of her 55+ condo and into assisted living. It wasn't easy, but at least getting the condo sold wasn't too hard---thanks to Mary.
I don't think I can name every way in which Mary went above and beyond, but here are a few highlights:
* Hired a professional photographer to take high quality photos that really showed the condo in its best light
* Contacted us the minute a question or problem (on the buyers' side) came up.
* Drove to my mom's new apartment at the assisted living facility just to meet her in person. She asked my mom to sign some papers, but I believe that could have been done remotely or through me. She didn't have to make a personal visit.
* Explained what was happening on the buyers' side (because they had some hiccups), and did so in simple terms that I could understand.
* Can't forget this: She recommended a top-dollar (but not over the top) price to sell the condo, and the buyers paid the full price.
* Negotiated with the buyers to move up the settlement date, which was an inconvenience to the buyers but it meant we wouldn't be paying rent on a condo that sat empty.
As I mentioned, those are just some of the highlights. Plus, Mary was very sweet and easy to work with. Nothing could ruffle her feathers. Hopefully I won't have to buy or sell another property any time soon. But if I do, I will definitely make Mary Mastroeni my first call!

Mary did an excellent job working with us on the sale of our house. She gave us good advice on repairs and improvements that should be made to increase the property value. She was with us from the time of the listing process right up until settlement.

Mary was extraordinarily helpful to my family in selling my parents home. She went above and beyond to ensure the best deal was made. She is trustworthy, thorough, and available for all questions and needs. When any member of my family was unable to be at the house during preparations for sale Mary showed up. She was able to put us in contact with various services to prepare the house and ensured my parents received fair deals. She took my parents needs and wants in mind through the process. Mary has been doing this for a long time and her expertise, compassion, and hard work were a gift during a difficult time.

Mary was extremely helpful in selling our older home. She gave excellent advice on home update ideas to do vs unnecessary, saving us time and money. Mary provided market comparisons; professional staging, photography, description; and reached out to other realtors. This enabled our home to sell quickly at a great price. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and it could be stressful at times. I was thankful to have Mary as my real estate agent. Mary was always there to answer any questions / concerns and would calm me down at times when things got tough. She doesn't only treat you like customer but she treats you like a friend. It's not only picking the right dream home, it's about picking the right real estate agent. I got lucky having Mary as mine. I will be forever grateful. Thank you Mary for everything.

Selling my father's home from another state felt like a daunting task at first, but Mary made it easier from day one. She was the voice of reason and comfort that we needed, and the eyes on the ground that made us feel safe throughout the process. Her years of expertise and helpful advice came in handy on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend her for anyone, but especially someone looking to complete a sensitive real estate transaction from a distance.
