Michael was very helpful with any question I had and always responded very quickly. I received approval for my mortgage in about a day. When my bid was accepted, the total estimated costs due at closing were very clear and accurate so I was able to be very prepared well in advance.

Our family used Michael and his team to secure a mortgage for our new house, and we couldn’t have asked for a more straightforward process. Michael was fantastic to work with, as he always is. He handles the mortgages for many of my clients, and so obviously, I asked him to help with my refinance. Making this refi happen meant that I was going to own a house by myself for the first time ever. I ask a lot of questions, and Michael answered all of them without any hesitation - and pretty much within the hour! His attention to detail is impeccable, and he was able to take the complicated process and explain it to me in terms I could comprehend. I was referred to Michael from my realtor Kristina Whalen, in 2022. He has worked with me the past 3 years to rebuild my credit and help me nagivate cost, FHA and underwriting issues to get our first home in 2025. He answered every question, even if you ask the same thing more than once, was able to clarify things to the point of “hey all this is saying is do this and it’s completed”. He was available anytime I called or emailed and was able to help us through the whole process. I would use him again if I ever had the opportunity to buy again.
