“Nick was terrific! I brought my old and new android in to transfer the data yesterday, Sunday. My old phone was not compatible with my new android. He spent a lot of time with me, was very pleasant and professional. Nick was able to transfer my precious and priceless photos from my old phone to my new phone. He also helped me with Google Maps on my new phone that was not giving me the start option but just a preview option. Nick was able to locate the start option for me. “I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”

“I visited AT&T several times and did not have the best service due to an issue with a misspelling of my name on our account, however on this occasion Juliana wiped away the memory of all of those experiences. I was told by all the other representatives to figure it out in the app or call customer service but Juliana took the time to help us sort out the issue in the app and get a new phone within minutes. She made helpful suggestions and perfectly applied my screen protector and case saving me from pulling out my hair attempting to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with her smiling service, and will definitely make sure she's working next time I need AT&T.”
